Hotel Guru Surbhi

The experience at this hotel was fantastic. The service was superb; the staff were extremely helpful, polite, and always smiling. They were immediately available for any need, which made the stay even more comfortable. The room location was excellent. The view from the window was very beautiful, and since the room was in a quiet spot, I had a peaceful sleep. The availability of essential things nearby also added to the convenience. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended for both service and location.

We had a pleasant one night stay at Hotel Guru Surbhi. I had come to give my IIM Sirmaur interview, so it was easy to reach the IIM from this hotel, where it took me hardly 25 min to reach. Polite staff and quite helpful. They'll arrange everything for you as per request. They packed tasty sandwiches for me for my interview day breakfast. Overall, good stay. A clean and peaceful place, quite near to the main Paonta Sahib gurudwara.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, right on the main road in Paonta Sahib. It's just a short walk mostly 10-12 min from the Gurudwara and in the heart of the city, making everything easily accessible. The parking is safe, which gave me peace of mind. The service was super quick. I stayed in the Luxury Executive Room which is on second floor (just to mention they don't have a lift) ||The room was with a balcony, and the field and mountain view was awesome. Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic stay at Guru Surbhi. Me and my wife came to visit Gurudwara for our anniversary. I had booked my hotel online, room was spotless with great view from our balcony. Staff was friendly and always on top. Best part about the hotel was their cleanliness..very clean sheets, washroom. Loved our stay, will definately return.

Excellent place to stay. Rooms were very clean and modern. Great breakfast available as well. This is our fifth stay in last 2 years.Whenever we get to visit Poanta Sahib, we always love to stay at Surbhi. Keep up the good work guys!!!

Stayed in premium room! We reached at 1am from himachal had booked on the way! There was staff to show us our room and check us in! Rooms very very clean with fresh sheets!! There was iron and hairdryer facilities! Very impressive!!

Amazing rooms in paonta with best service at best prices. At first I thought because the prices are comparatively lesser from other hotels in Paonta, this might lead to dissatisfaction in the service, however I was wrong and it was really good. One more incident I would like to share that made me like the place even more. I had bus to Delhi in the morning at around 8. I slept late due to some work and I didn't wake up by my alarm in the morning. But thanks to the staff of the hotel they remembered when a night before I asked them about the bus' location and someone from reception called me in the morning just 10 mins before my bus time and due to this I was able to catch up with the bus. It was a really nice experience and I would highly recommend staying here.

This was my first stay at the hotel. Very warm welcome and hospitality. Location is great. Didn't try hotel food, but must be good as were all other things. Very personalised touch !! The staff is very courteous and always ready to help. Rooms were clean and well managed. A very satisfying over all experience !! Value for money stay !!
