Y.S.Residency Solan

We were scammed by this particular hotel in solan. It was a trip to solan, himachal pradesh for my exam. Pursuant to which, we preferred pre booking via make my trip, paid every penny. However, after reaching there, we were told that the money which we paid were not sufficient, as half of it went in GST etc via aforementioned site. We somehow convinced the staff that we have paid the full amount and now we'll not pay more. There were no room blower heaters, even the blankets were not good enough to keep us warm. No water, no kettle in the room. In short, the hotel was not worth the penny. Its a request from a prospective visitors to be cautious while you book your hotels online. DO NOT BOOK THIS PARTICULAR HOTEL IN SOLAN.....

Staff is very humble and polite, the best part that I loved most is that even if we called them multiple times they always served us with smile. Tasty food added cherry on the cake with awesome weather and beautiful valley view. Planning to visit again during Holi weekend.
