Dear Diamond Management, It is sad to mention that I've had enough of the terrible service from Diamond Shimla BCS. Every time I order, there's an issue--either items are missing, the food is stale, or the quality is just not worth the price. This time was no different. They charge for things they never deliver, and if you call to ask, you'll be lucky if they even pick up the phone. We had to contact the delivery executive just to get a number, and even then, our calls were ignored multiple times. When they finally answered, the response was rude and dismissive--instead of resolving the issue, The manager, Mr. Jagdish just kept repeating "ok, ok, ok", completely ignoring what we were saying. The funniest (and most frustrating) part? They don't even send the missing items immediately. They wait until a delivery person happens to be in our area, which could be hours later. How is that acceptable? If they can't provide something, why even list it on the menu? We ordered after a long time, hoping things had improved, but it's only gotten worse. The prices have gone up, the portions have shrunk, and the quality is still below average. Chole is watery, sambar is thin and flavorless, tikki is dry with barely any chutney, and they refuse to provide extra. Even the Amritsari naan didn't come with the kachumber salad they claim to provide. And the worst part? There's no way to leave feedback or file a complaint, except on Google reviews. No contact number on the app, no way to reach them easily, just a frustrating loop of bad service and ignored complaints. Instead of owning up to their mistakes, they simply brush off concerns as if they don't matter. It's frustrating to pay for something and not receive it, only to be met with indifference and dismissive responses when you try to get it resolved. Good service isn't about making food only, it's about honesty, respect, and delivering quality products and service according to what is being promised. Unfortunately, this place falls short on all counts and the online ordering-delivery aspect is horrible. This used to be a good place. I hope that you'd improve on quality and quantity of food sent via delivery as well as customer service.

I had a very disappointing experience with the paneer and chana dishes. The paneer lacked freshness and flavor, while the chana was undercooked and bland. Definitely not worth the price. Hope the quality improves.

Dear Diamond Management, I recently visited your restaurant with the expectation of enjoying a good cup of tea, particularly lemon or green tea. Unfortunately, neither was available, so we opted for milk tea, which turned out to be disappointing in taste. A well-made tea can leave a lasting impression, and I sincerely hope you can improve its quality to better serve your guests. Additionally, the loud music made it difficult to relax. Many visitors come to unwind and enjoy a peaceful dining experience, and a more balanced ambiance would greatly enhance their comfort. Sometimes, even a simple street vendor serves tea that feels more authentic and satisfying, which is something worth considering. I hope my feedback is taken constructively, as I truly believe small changes can make a big difference. Looking forward to a better experience on my next visit. Thankyou

My recent visit to Diamond Restaurant in New Shimla was unfortunately disappointing, much like my previous experience. Service: There's no table service--you have to go to the counter to place your order. The staff seemed rushed; the person taking the order was eager to finalize the bill even though I hadn't finished ordering. The staff team is careless and not a good listeners. Menu Availability: Shockingly, many items were unavailable. They were out of bread for the smoked grilled sandwich, and didn't have idli, kulcha channa, or mint mojito. On my last visit, I was told the ice cream was finished when I asked for a strawberry shake. This shows poor stock management. Over priced for tasteless items. Hygiene: The soap dispenser near the hand wash area (next to the cash counter) was empty, which raises basic hygiene concerns. Food Quality: The rawa masala dosa was too sour and a bit salty. The sambhar didn't taste authentic--it was more like regular lentils and tasteless. Overall: Poor service, limited food availability, hygiene issues, and average food made for another bad experience. The restaurant has potential, but serious improvements are needed. I wouldn't recommend it in its current state.

Bakery is always amazing. However, veg noodles tastes ok but was served cold. You have to order through the app and scan code available and check your order time on the screen.

Terrible experience with the service....they are busy with their own conversation and miss half the order. But the food is good...they really need to improve on the services.

I Don't know why people go there. Food is just disgusting there service is really bad, staff not good at all. Food is god damn bad yaar. Koi itna bura kaise khila skta hai and phir bhi resturant chal raha hai. In shimla I have tried atleast 50-60 restraunt food I swear wrost food award goes to New Diamond BCS. Please don't go there. They don't deserve the money we give them. Food,vibe staff not worth the money.
