Overall good and comfortable experience. Supportive staff, great food, breakfast and service overall. View from room was fantastic with all amenities. Manager was very helpful and understanding. Also, got good advice for travelling and site-seeing guidance.

Hotel staff is very good as well as owner of hotel is such kind and gentle person ,very good mountain view from room and restaurant.!!!

Wanted to give 0 but no option. Service was poor. Waiter could not take the right order gave the wrong thing and charged extra. I don't suggest anyone to visit.

Well we ordered cappuccino and a kullad pizza. Both were awesome and we r happy with the service.

Food was only okay. Service was slow and they messed up the order too. They didn't serve plates untill asked.

One of the best Bar and Lounge in Shimla ! It's located in the Lakkad Bazar. Family restaurant and Bar serves you amazing food and Drinks. Me and my wife went there in December and it was freezing cold. Waiter and Bar tender were very polite and nice. They made us comfortable by providing us with a heater too. We had a few drinks of Old Monk and ordered some Fries and Afghani Chicken, chicken was amazing. Prices were normal, not too high. Over a good experience, go for it !

Pathetic service. Waited for 15 mins. No one attended to take the order. Had to leave without having food. The gentleman at the Bar counter was not approachable
