The Heritage Trail Cafe - Sweet Sensations

What an amazing experience in this traditional Cafe. The hot drinks are delicious and served with love. The sweets are fantastic. The artisanal chocolate is a dream. . We regret that we didn't buy more. The younger men working there could do a little bit of training but the only one young woman working there is so much of a great person to communicate, serve and lead the place. She had answers and solutions for everything while the guys were still a bit 'shy' and clumsy. I would make her manager right away. Sad we discovered this gem just on the last day in town. We would come everyday.

This beautifully restored heritage property has been transformed into an exceptional cafe. The staff are incredibly polite and welcoming, and the food is absolutely delicious. It's definitely a must-visit spot. The interior is charming, decorated with vintage photographs of Shimla from the British era, adding to its nostalgic appeal. We tried the avocado toastie, garlic cheese toastie, chef's special burger, hazelnut-flavored iced coffee, and churros. Everything was flavorful and well-prepared, except for the burger, which was a bit underwhelming.

Everything was delicious.. luved this tiny cafe & their enviroment was very good... staff was very talktive & loveable.. must try heritage special veg pizza, alia bhatt milk cake, biscoff cheese cake & focaccia sandwich

Amazing ambience and great service by the young lady managing customers. Food is delicious we packed lots of pastries and cakes to eat at hotel. We went twice to this place during our tour of Shimla. A hidden gem at the corner of Mall road. Washroom is also v.clean.

We walked in this place and loved the ambience Achal is a great host. Her suggestions helped us chose the right bakes Nandhini was a great person to deal with. Hospitable and courteous All the best Ambience and food were tasty Even a Non Vegetarian like me loved the food here

We tried overloaded focacia sandwich and walnut pie.. it is amazing in taste,delight to have. If you have sweet tooth and looking for fresh baked stuff then.this is the place, i recommend.

This was near our hotel and loved the vibe here. Ate pizza and bread jam toast it was very good. Their waffle chips are also very yummy we bought about 3 boxes
