Townhouse Oak ISBT formerly the Hotel Horizon

I and my brother visited the horizon restaurant for dinner. It was a such a great experience. The food is really nice and the ambience is too good. Our bus was late so they allowed us to stay there with our luggage and took care of it . The staff is also very humble and nice If you come to shimla you should definitely visit this place !! Their masala tea is the best !!!

We had a very disappointing experience at Townhouse oak ISBT formerly Hotel Horizon, Shimla. The receptionist, Yuvraj, was extremely rude and unprofessional. After checking out, we requested to hold our luggage for a short time, which is a common courtesy at most hotels. However, he denied us this basic service and demanded an extra charge just to place our bags in the hotel. This kind of attitude and behavior is unacceptable, especially in the hospitality industry. Instead of helping guests, the staff seemed more interested in making extra money in unethical ways. It completely ruined our experience, and we do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Shimla. Avoid this place if you expect good customer service!

I had a terrible experience at Hotel Horizon. The manager was rude and mannerless, making the experience extremely unpleasant. On top of that, the food was tasteless and ridiculously overpriced. The maida kulchas were so tough, they were hard to even chew. I definitely won't be returning and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Nice cleanliness and well maintained. The interior design is also good. The staff was also good and friendly. The food was a bit overpriced and not up to taste.

Worst service, can't handle rush even after being located at such a place where there is continuous rush of commuters and travellers. Manager is useless and so is the staff. When we give feedback about the food quality, the manager asks customers to teach them how to prepare the food rather than taking the feedback.

I had dinner at this hotel and I would say the food is really tasty, Food is little overpriced but it equally matches the food quality. So, I would say it is value for money.

No water facility na room ventilation all over this hotel i want give this 0 rating but there is no option for this and oyo hotels also distract you about this hotel but this worst than i think. Worst hotel ever i watch

The Horizon Hotel & Restaurant exceeded all my expectations! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a great view. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options. A special thanks to Divanshu and the entire staff for their exceptional service. They were always polite, attentive, and went out of their way to make my stay memorable. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!
