Hotel Grand Paragon Palace Solan

I visited Hotel Grand Paragon Palace for dinner and was impressed by the exceptional service and quality. The hotel is well-maintained, with impeccable cleanliness throughout. The staff displayed a great attitude, welcoming us with a warm smile. But the highlight was the delicious food! The chef's culinary expertise shone through in every dish. Overall, I highly recommend for a wonderful dining experience.

One of the oldest and popular hotel of this town. Their rooms are just okay but need upgradatio. Staff is very efficient and pleasant. Food is good. Open air sitting is the star attraction.

Not a happy stay The room was not clean and had a musti smell. There was no power connection for the coffee kettle nearby. The bathroom shower was Brocken and I could not take a shower first time in my life. There was a prompt response and someone came to fix it. But could not do anything. It appears that there is a lack of attention.

Despite being a renowned hotel in the town. The cleanliness in terms of sitting is not so good the seats were very dirty with stains on them. Though the food was fine, but when you are supposed to pay good amount of money you look for the services that satisfy you.

Amazing hospitality and special shoutout to Mr. Vinay Sharma restaurant incharge. He really looked after our family so well and even though gave us a special attention. |Food was really amazing so as the service. People are so courtious and am glad we chose paragon for our dinner experience

The review is for an open terrace restaurant. Food and service were average, but the ambiance was good. There is nothing extraordinary that will tempt you to visit again.

Please be careful folks. This hotel is situated in heart of the town and Solan has become very very crowded nowadays, and there is always always a hassle for the parking and because paragon has unmatchable location within the town. The staff is very rude as if they know, they behave as if they are, they are somebody who does not need more customers today. Only I raised an issue with the general manager and general manager was not able to take any action. He was not able to handle it when I asked for the phone numbers of the owners from the general manager, I was not given the phone numbers so as far as the service is concerned, the service attitude and behaviour of the staff in the restaurant is concerned. It's pathetic. Thank you.

This is a very prestigious hotel situated on Mall road in Solan. It has beautiful rooms with beautiful views. It has a big hall in the basement, with beautiful pictures of kings and representing the old heritage of Himachal pardesh . The staff is very cooperative and the food is very good. We attended a function over there and they didn't disappoint us. They have a great menu of Indian cuisine. Parking is not a problem which is the main problem in Solan city. So they have a second basement as parking, and overall a very nice experience in this hotel. One should visit this hotel while going in solan
