I loved everything about this property. The staff was so courteous & friendly. 10/10 staff. Coming to the food I read some negative reviews about the food but never believe everything you read online because even the food was amazing. 8.5/10. The rooms were great! Very clean.. bathrooms were hygienic. Overall we're 10/10 satisfied with the hospitality and our wonderful stay in Mayur Hotel @ Solan :)

Placed in Solan immediately on the Mall road. Decent place to stay with good food

I reached the hotel at 4 am to check in, they hiked the price which i agreed to pay (cause its 4am and chilling outside) but the attendant or receptionist behaviour was soo rude and unjustifieble He demanded me to pay the full amount thats too in cash on the spot Where i requested him that i can only pay half in cash and will pay the remaining amount in the morning or at the time of check out . He started blabbering ki " mera samay or neend kharab ho rahi hai , raat ka 4 baj raha hai , paisa do or room lo" In which i said " wont you attend your guest who are willing to take a room in your hotel , its your job " After which he told me there's no room available for me now and ordered me to leave the hotel. Such kind of behaviour is not tolerable I seriously wont recommend this hotel to anyone Its good to know about there staff behaviour, though it has a good rating because of its ambience but their staff behaviour is so rude.

First of all this hotel is not 3 star , it is normal hotel with good looking room from inside, and they dont have good matress to make you feel good when u sleep , windows are very old and that make air pass every time to make you chill always, bathroom fittings are lose and not maintained properly. I was there for 1 days only, if I have booked it for two days then ||i would have checkout after day even if I don't get any return. They charge you for everything even first water bottle of the day. I paid 3700 plus 400 for room heater extra because I was traveling my children , price should be half of what I have paid.reception staff is full of attitude not welcome with smile or greet , and you also don't feel asking for any help. If you ask for anything they would tell you about the extra charge. Very very bad attitude, it make me feel like I am staying in lodge. No lift , not proper cutlery for food. Only one attend in hotel and he would your bell boy, sevice man , room maintenance guy .Postive part is parking and hotel is on Mall raod , but still i would not recommend or stay on this hotel ever. Might be good for boys only to stay and enjoy ..DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIs HOTEL ..
