On this particular Friday, as it wasn't rush hour lunchtime but before 9am, the service was great and the staff, particularly the cashier-Christine- was very accommodating & receptive when I explained my dietary restrictions of avoiding beef due to the severe bloating it would cause. The atmosphere was quiet and the place clean. Christine was very kind to an elderly lady who needed to use the restroom and the security, assisted her. Afterwards she ordered something to eat. I observed how patient she was with the aforementioned customer. The server was also very kind and patient with both me at the aforementioned elderly lady. Hence, I thought it best to highlight such service here by leaving this review.

Customer service is horrible, the manager needs to change its staff or teach them how to speak to customers. Food is horrible the chicken isn't cooked fully. Train your staff how to prepare and deal with people food . Get a better manager or do better.

Worst customer service i ever had there's currently a trainee there that's pregnant she's the worst she has a attitude while taking the order and den after that she got my order wrong saying it's my fault how is it my fault when your not even focus your looking out side instead of looking at the customer she just wasn't nice there was no welcome smile nothing she don't say your welcome or thank you nothing that food was cold as hell i don't know what's going on with that . You can't be cashier and don't have good customer service too serious to deal with customers cause you never know who you can encounter at any giving time definitely will not go to the st Elizabeth branch again

Poor customer service the meals are on a average each time I go there it's a different meal experience however i brought a 3 pcs meal and the fries was warm not hot chicken completely cold and you have one person working as server and a occupation health and safety again staff wiping during over crowded not a safe approach especially during busy times if it has to be done I would recommend dry wipe or wipe with less moist I really love the atmosphere in mother's and I would recommend other if you have the waiting patience I waited also an hour and there was only 9 person a head of me waiting to be served. Mothers I would recommend two approach to this 1...create a online meal order app so you preorder and pay online or cash on pick up to avoid the long wait also ensure you have adequate servers that are knowledgeable and effective I see most time while waiting in servers have to be searching to identify which burger is what and such. 2... install a order and server lane instead of the congestion at the server lane....a server lane would allow the server to focus better than having everyone gather at counter shouting and clammering. Custom service was good at the cashier, need more servers, waiting time for meal on a normal day 15-25 minutes but during rush hour it can take 25 minutes to 30 minutes unless you use drive through which is a little faster, food is really good tho would recommend it. That comment was written a year ago, I have withdrawn that review as the services have taken a turn from bad to worse...... Customer service training needed, presentation, sanitation ...... Be careful what and were you eat.

IF YOU go there, especially if you go to the drive-thru, do not be in a rush

Ice cream excellent..The burgers are very nice. The customer service was wonderful at the Santa cruz branch
