I've been a loyal customer of Amigos for a long time and have always trusted their service. But this time, I'm honestly very disappointed. I paid for my order, but the delivery person didn't have change and told me to transfer the rest later. Within just five minutes, I started receiving repeated calls--even though I was a little busy. That level of impatience was really unprofessional. On top of that, the food quality was shocking--there was blood in the chicken! This is absolutely unacceptable. Worst hospitality I've experienced so far. Loyalty should be respected, not taken for granted. Please work on your service and food standards.

Very bad experience. They gave rumali roti which were literally stinking. I felt vomiting with that smell. And guess what; All they could say was just sorry. Even the gravy was foul smelling.. i got food poisoning immediately after i ate.

When i think about celebrations, Amigos is always my first option and it never disappoints me. From the starter to the dessert the quality and tastes of everything is outstanding, Black coffee might have been the best thing I have ever been served. Service is always delightful and very professional. 10/10

Visited Amigos yesterday with a friend and ordered the Peri Peri spicy boneless strips--what a disappointment. There was absolutely no hint of Peri Peri flavor; instead, we were served extremely oily, bland chicken that tasted almost uncooked. It felt like the kitchen just tossed some chicken in oil and served it without any proper seasoning or preparation. For a place that claims to serve "spicy" food, this was a joke. No flavor, no spice, no effort. If you're expecting bold, flavorful Peri Peri, you'll be left seriously let down. Definitely not worth the hype or the money.

The place was absolutely stunning. I recommend everyone to come in this place if you visit Kashmir, anantnagh someday.... Surrounding was good... And the pizza "Deluxe margrattea", blueberry shake, and choco frappe was also good. But I don't recommend anyone to have "yuzu virgin mojito" it's disgusting and totally waste of money... It tastes like someone has put masala in sprite... Totally yuck

I recently ordered pizza and brownies from this place, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The pizza was topped with an excessive amount of chilli powder, which overpowered the flavor. The brownies were actually plain cakes and not brownies at all. To make matters worse, they were served with chocolate syrup on top. Overall, I was not impressed with the quality of food and attention to detail.

I have been visiting here every week but today not a good experience. Yesterday's fries were given to me and when I told them why are giving me Yesterday's fries Answer was they are fresh. Message to the owner.

"Foodies are welcomed here" I find restaurant's ambience extremely beautiful, Excellent environment, friendly service, great menu choices and really decent food and at affordable prices. The service staffs are appreciated, but they could do a little more to get handsome tip from customers If they're aware of Customer service tactics. Overall great experience there, enjoyed food with my besties and definitely hope to visit again someday.
