Disappointing Experience at KHN CHN I recently visited KHN CHN for what was supposed to be an enjoyable meal, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a disappointing experience. This was my 20th visit, and I have never encountered such poor service before. First and foremost, the service was extremely lacking. There was no water provided, and we had to ask for glasses. The chicken was not fried properly, which was disappointing. Instead of being served on a half platter, my order arrived in a bowl, which felt unprofessional. Additionally, the utensils were inadequate; there was only an AP spoon, and I expected proper forks and spoons but received none. The staff did not take the tray back after our meal, which added to the overall unsatisfactory experience. I sincerely urge the owner to either change the staff or provide them with proper training and instructions. I left feeling very dissatisfied, and I hope this feedback will lead to improvements. Disappointed by the Service Went to Khn Chn with high hopes, but the experience was really disappointing. The staff was extremely unprofessional. we were literally told "you're taking too much time clicking pictures" and asked to leave. That's not how you treat paying customers. We were polite and didn't cause any inconvenience, so being rushed like that felt very disrespectful. Definitely not going back, and wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a place where you can actually enjoy your meal in peace.

Absolutely loved this place <3 Especially the ambience. It's a pretty place. Food was also amazing. Tried few things and overall it was a nice experience. Pizza was really tasty. And the tandoori chicken was also nice. Butter chicken was delicious. Ice-cream was okayish. I loved the interior designs and it's done very nicely. It's also spacious and well maintained.And the staff was also good and friendly. Must visit place in Anantnag.

Avoid this place if you're craving real biryani! What they served me was not biryani it was just rice overloaded with spices, completely lacking the authentic flavor. To make it worse, the chicken pieces were poorly cooked, with blood still visible inside. It was honestly one of the worst biryanis I've ever had. My overall experience was extremely disappointing. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

My one and the only go to place.....I had shared my overall happiness, sorrows each and every mood over there.....They serve variety of Foods......best quality food with genuine rates...I always prefer and ll always suggest to visit this place.........It has been rightly named as Kh'n Ch'n.... They take special care of their customers ......They added a special corner in their restaurant for bookaholic customers.....Thankyou for your Love

Pathetic delivery person sometimes and costly. Ambience is good but the taste you get sometimes is more sort of preservative added type other than fresh. Staff is so well mannered but need to improvise pricing and work on quality of ingriedients.

Nice ambience service needs to be improved they usually take more time for preparing the order overall food tastes good. However shawarma is not prepared well not properly chopped and also the taste is average. Burgers on other hand are best and the wings taste better.
