De-Medrid (Restaurant & Party hall)

Worst experience .Ordered dahi ke kebab which were totally burnt and when complained to owner he said " mere chef ko pasand hai apko bhi aana chahiye " . Such a rude behaviour by owner full of ego and attitude. Advice not to visit and order again from de madrid..

Had a worst experience ordered Dahi ke Kebab. The dish was bland , no vegs inside and over-fried too. It was a very disappointing experience considering the restaurant's reputation. Beyond the poor food quality, we were treated with rudeness by the owner on call saying my cooks like it you should also. I understand that sometimes mistakes happen, but the combination of the poor food quality and the rude behavior of the owner/staff member is simply unacceptable. I hope that you will address these issues to improve your restaurant's food quality and customer experience.

Decent place to hangout with friends and family. Food was good . Must try : dal ka halwa, pineapple with ice cream, loaded sandwich, pahari chicken.

It was a recommendation from colleague while I was visiting kathua for an official work. Nice little restaurant. Taste, service and ambience is good and prices are apt and it's complete value for money. Just one advice to owners, seating on one side of the table is way lower and it is uncomfortable to sit and eat properly. If possible maintain the seating height for a comfortable dining experience.

This place is the best restaurant in Kathua. I with my family went to this restaurant multiple times since it opened. Food is excellent, restaurant is clean and smells good, looks modern with excellent atmosphere. You will get a fine dine experience with very reasonable prices. We ordered variety of dishes and none of them had anything to complain about. Staff were polite and quick in service. Owners are great down to earth people. Story that deserves a mention is when we dropped around 1000 rupees near our dining table while pulling out money to pay. We had no idea that we dropped money until we got a phone call 10 minutes later from Owner about it. We went back and got our money back. This kind of honesty is rare and this alone is a good reason to recommend this restaurant. Honestly, this quality of restaurant is gift to kathua and people should reward this restaurant with thier business and give it a go. Highly recommended!!!!

This is one of the best place in our District Kathua, where we get everything veg/non veg under the same roof. One more thing I have watched that this restaurant is very clean and hyghginc. Over all the taste is ousam, Zabardast. Services and food good. Best place for family get to gether. I love this places.
