Junaid and Iqbal were exceptional. Junaid's friendly demeanor and attention to detail ensured that everything was perfect, while Iqbal's efficient and polite service made us feel truly valued as guests. If you're looking for a place with amazing food, exceptional service, and an inviting atmosphere, The Cocoon Lounge is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

I've been to this restaurant mang times , and I have to say, the interior is really well done! Those chilli momos, oh my goodness, they are incredibly tasty and a definite must-try! The chicken popcorn was letdown for me ; it was so dry and lacked flavor But Despite the chicken popcorn, the overall experience and those delicious momos keep me going back. It's a great spot with a cozy ambiance!

I recently visited Cocoon Lounge in Magam for the first time, and I was quite disappointed with the food and service. The Chicken Biryani and Butter Chicken I ordered were not up to the mark. The butter chicken was overly sweet and lacked flavor, while the chicken in it seemed unmarinated. Additionally, the plain naan served with the butter chicken was too crispy and not enjoyable. The service was also slow, taking around 40 minutes to serve the food. The Biryani rice was hard and didn't taste authentic. Overall, it was a disappointing dining experience. I had asked them for Butter naan, but was served plain naan. They were not even close to naan. Asked the waiter for a bit of salt, they promised to bring it but was never given. A friendly suggestion to the owner to please ask the staff to maintain calm. Haven't seen any other cafe as good as this, ambiance wise in the whole area. You guys can do alot better! Best of luck. Overall, 5 Stars for the ambiance. 1 Star for the service, While not a star for the quality!

I recently visited this restaurant, and it's absolutely incredible! The interiors are stunning, the atmosphere is vibrant, and the service is top-notch. It truly makes for a memorable experience. However, there are a couple of areas for improvement. The food, while delicious, takes quite some time to prepare. Also, there seems to be no one keeping track of the background music, as it sometimes stops unexpectedly. However, if you're a couple looking for a private, intimate dining experience, this might not be the place for you. Despite having couple chairs, the restaurant lacks privacy for couples, and the seating arrangement doesn't provide the cozy atmosphere you'd expect for a date or newlyweds. Despite these minor issues, the restaurant is amazing overall. The food quality is exceptional, and everything else makes it worth the visit. Highly recommended! .

We visited this restaurant and ordered pizza. The ambience was quite good and enjoyable. However, the pizza had a sour taste, which raised concerns. It seemed like either the cheese was off or the issue might have been with the bread itself--it just didn't taste right and lacked freshness. Overall, the food didn't match the standards.
