Delicious food, cozy ambience and top-notch service.... Was my first visit but definitely not the last I highly recommend !!

This was my first time to taste food of this restaurant . But unfortunately I was so disappointed by the behavior of their staff members. the young boy Manning the counter displayed unprofessional behaviour when we politely complained about the food taste. Instead of addressing our concern,he became argumentative and rude.. Recommendation :provide training on customer services and conflict resolution to ensure welcoming environment for patrons..

I ate quarter butter chicken there and It was one of the worst experience ever I had. After 7 hours , I can't digest it and I felt I'll. Infact while eating , I felt something wrong.

_Disappointing Experience: Fried Rice and Poor Customer Service_ Rating: 0/5 I recently visited the restaurant and ordered their fried rice, which unfortunately didn't meet my expectations. The dish was overcooked and lacking flavor. When I politely brought this to the staff's attention, I was shocked by their defensive and argumentative response. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, they disputed my feedback and made me feel unwelcome. The staff surprisingly suggested I had never had fried rice before, implying my criticism was due to inexperience. This condescending remark only added to my frustration. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of quality and service. While mistakes can happen, the staff's attitude and unwillingness to listen were unacceptable. Recommendation:_ Improve customer service training and focus on resolving issues professionally. Teach staff to listen actively, apologize sincerely, and offer meaningful solutions.

Where should I start? They cook some lovely dishes... My favourite, however, is Chicken Fried Rice.... I had the HONOUR of having ELAICHI with fried rice... It's an expensive spice... But it was my first time.. Having ELAICHI flavoured Fried Rice... We kept counting.. One after the other!!! Oh! What a joy! Idiots! My kids puked! Koshur choncha natchnaawaan saersi... It's a Chinese cuisine for heaven's sake! Phone booths(PCO s in common language), gas agencies, boutiques... And now restaurants!!! I hope everyone gets the point... SARCASM!!!!
