Books and Bricks Cafe lives up to its name. The owners are young book lovers serving delicious food, especially Western breakfasts. I think burgers are their specialty. If you're interested, try the lamb burger - it's definitely worth a taste. The prices are on the higher side, though.
A cozy little gem for book lovers and foodies alike! The warm, inviting ambiance makes it a perfect spot to relax with a good read. Their chicken pizza is a must-try -- perfectly cooked, flavorful, and more than enough for two. The cappuccino hits the right notes, and the cafe mocha is absolutely divine. A delightful spot to unwind and indulge. Highly recommend!
I came here today and I have to say this is one of the best places in Srinagar. The service is excellent and the food is even better. Ordered the Messy Paneer Wrap which was amazing, then the Veggie burger which was very good! Then the pink sauce pasta followed by the sizzling brownie. Everything was a 10/10.
I visited the restaurant in the afternoon in the month of December, the restaurant is quite small and quiet. The ambience is good however the food served isn't that good considering the prices. We ordered a pizza that tasted average. Overall there is plenty of space for improvement. In my opinion Not recommended. DYOR.
Beautiful cafe, amazing vibe, amazing food! We ordered the Turkish Eggs, Garlic Fries, Tomato and Cheese Sandwich, Hazelnut Cappuccino, and a cafe latte and everything was so delicious. Sahil was so lovely and polite. Highly highly recommended!
Books & Bricks Cafe Review: This cozy cafe offers a charming ambiance with quality food and a laid-back vibe. It's a great spot for socializing, with a good crowd and delicious menu. However, the space is a bit tight, little expensive and you might have to wait for a seat during busy times.
I stepped in for lunch two days ago. Courteous staff, very helpful. Love the ambience of the place. The smoothie, I was hopeful of fresh coconut in it...dry dessicated one was added, that messed up the taste for me. Not what I expected. The food is good but priced quite steeply. I'd expect exceptional stuff for that price. Love the music and overall feel of the place.
Excellent food. Very tasty and very high quality. But it's very expensive.
