Pure and authentic Kashmiri harissa is far superior to others who sell something claiming to be harissa. The restaurant has separate seating sections for locals and tourists, which I found a bit annoying. Half a plate is sufficient for an average adult, and don't miss out on the kahwa. The taste, aroma, and quality are simply mind-blowing. It is not too grainy, more like the texture of haleem but amazing. I have visited multiple times for breakfast and have always enjoyed it. If they were to play some Kashmiri music in the restaurant, it would truly enhance the experience.

We went here for the famous breakfast item - Harissa. A slow cooked mutton dish that is finally tossed of with mustard oil. Not a "WOW" dish that everyone would love (PS: I loved it), but I would recommend it for meat lovers.

A very crowded place, specifically if you visit on sundays for harrisa. Their harrisa isn't geniune as me n my friend encountered some strange fish bones( translucent white thin and sharp looking) in their harrisa not only once but twice. On the first instance we thought it was just by bad luck but when the same thing repeated within a week. We stopped visiting there.

If you come to Kashmir and don't eat Harisa then your visit is worthless. The best harisa of Srinagar.
