We had an amazing lunch here! The ambiance was super cozy and the food was incredible! Every dish we tried was delicious and the service was top-notch too! Definitely recommend this place for a great dining experience in Srinagar!

Bad taste even home cooked food is far better than this. Served cold we left everything on the table as it is. Thesr was no one as yiu can see in the picture bad service Disappointed from everything.

I had lowered my expectations before visiting this place because some of the reviews I read were very negative. However, after visiting, I have to say that it exceeded my expectations. The food was great. We tried the Kabuli Burrah Lamb Tikka Platter : 1 under Afghani starters (this was so good), the Lamb & Chicken Bukhteyari Kebab Platter with Saffron Rice : 1 under Iranian starters, and the Kashmiri Mirchi Masala : 1 under Indo-Pak mains (this was super hot and spicy - beware, haha), along with a few side dishes. I think I'll have to visit again. The food is expensive, though. I ordered the above items, a few side dishes, and three naan (the butter garlic one was very nice), and the total came to 4,200 INR.

The Desserts are juicy, the rice is fluffy, and the stews are rich and comforting. The ingredients taste fresh, and the variety of dishes on the menu caters to every palate, from hearty meat lovers to vegetarians. Service: 5/5 The service here is outstanding! The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. They go out of their way to ensure that every guest feels welcome and taken care of. The timing of the courses is well-paced, and the servers are happy to explain the dishes or make recommendations. It's clear that they take pride in providing an excellent dining experience. I am reviewing this place especially because of the wait staff of this restaurant. They are polite, humble and respectful towards the guest. The food quality, ambience and the staff makes this restaurant incomparable to any other restaurant in Srinagar. The only downside is the high prices but when you get the quality food and the warm ambience, the price factor takes a backseat! I hope that the quality of the food remains the same. Lamb & Chicken Bukhteyari Kebab Here is my detailed review of this restaurant: PROS: I visited this restaurant for the first time and I was quite impressed. The ambience, both inside and outside the restaurant is quite welcoming. They have ample parking space, although if you would want to park underground, the entry is quite tight. The Mojitos were very refreshing and cold. I rarely drink Mojitos but they were very pleasant. What I absolutely loved was the hygiene they maintained throughout the restaurant. The politeness of the staff, especially Mr Irfan. I was quite impressed, since I don't live here, I didn't think some restaurant would hold such a high standard. Hats off to the management. The Lamb & Chicken Bukhteyari Kebab platter was PHENOMENAL. I haven't tasted such succulent chicken breast coated in such an amazing sauce before. The Kebabs were so well minced and cooked to perfection, I couldn't get enough of it. The Nawabi Mutton Biryani was very nice, the choice of rice, tenderness of mutton is highly appreciated. The Raita served with the Biryani was THE BEST RAITA I HAVE EVER HAD. I took some home. CONS: Before I begin, I would like to mention that they aren't negative points but rather good suggestions for the management to make the restaurant even better. It is a constructive criticism for the restaurant which should always be appreciated and listened to. Dear management, the "customer experience" begins from the moment a customer steps foot in the restaurant. 1. Someone to greet the customer when they enter goes a long way. 2. One of the staff should follow the customer to the table after asking them how many are in the party so that they can be seated accordingly. 3. The staff brought a water bottle instantly but they brought the menu late and gave only ONE menu for the two of us. Menus should be handed to all the people on the table. 4. While the hygiene is applauded, the cutlery (Knife, Fork and Spoon) on the table should be kept in a folded tissue rather than open on the table. 5. I noticed the Lamb & Chicken Bukhteyari Kebab platter had 3 pieces of Naan slices. They should have EVEN number of pieces. Preferably 4, not ODD number like 3, or 5. 6. Anytime I have visited Kashmir, I haven't been able to find a single restaurant that served a proper "Biryani". It usually is Pulao or colored rice with chicken/mutton. Biryani has a specific kind of taste that even this restaurant failed to create. I humbly urge the restaurant to either create the authentic Biryani taste or change the name of the dish from Biryani to Pulao or anything else. In conclusion, I loved this restaurant, I was quite skeptical to eat in a restaurant here but I regret not coming here sooner. I appreciate and congratulate each and every member behind this fine establishment. I heard the head chef of this restaurant is a lady, more power to her and the menu she has crafted. I wish you all the very best and I would love to visit again. This is officially my Go-To Restaurant now for as long as I visit Kashmir.

The most flavourful food I've ever had. The chef clearly knows their stuff. Plus, the staff is incredibly welcoming. Definitely a 5-star experience. A must-try!
