Tao restaurant & cafe

Absolutely pathetic experience! The food they serve isn't subpar, the behaviour of their staff is unacceptable. I got into an argument with one of their staff members and almost everyone from their team pounded on me. GUESS WHY? Because I took around 45 mins to finish the coffee I'd ordered. They kept insisting that I can't spend so much time sipping the coffee THAT I PAID FOR, and that I had to order something to eat to be able to sit there. I was so shocked. This is shameful. I'd never recommend anyone to go there. It's a waste of time, money, and worst of it, your mood will be spoiled for the entire day.

Honestly, such a terrible experience for me. The food is pretty average but the behaviour of the staff is EXTREMELY BAD. I was there for an important conversation and ordered a black coffee. The staff kept on coming, interrupting and asking me to order something more. I was so irritated that I went inside and paid the bill. I got no apology. Even after that, I had a huge fight with them. They stooped so low, telling me I should have finished my coffee in 10 mins and ordered something else quickly. (I MEAN, WOW!) Terrible experience. Won't recommend ever.

Best place to visit. I always recommend this place to my friends and family . Food is always tasty. So rating it 5

Honestly, it was the one of the werst experience i ever had because of the rude and unprofessional staff they treat their consumers as an inconvenience. When i pointed out their misbehaviour they was not apology no basic courtesy .Honestly the staff ruin the experience never recommending this place

Tao Restaurant it was my ist visit to be here, and i found it very much tasty. This has a single story infrastructure with a great flower lawns and beds where you can enjoy the fragrance of flower petals and the aroma of tao's Food... It has got the cementic cells surrounded by flowers round the corner and you can have your meals over these cementic cells at the centre of flower beds.

Had butter trout fried and I swear this is the worst fish fry I've ever had in my life. So, I'll never recommend anyone to have fish in this restaurant. The ambience is good as and has an outdoor sitting which gives a pleasant vibe to this place. However, food over here is just average with huge cost. Ambience - 4/5 Food - 2/5 Staff - 4/5 Location - 4/5

Terrible place to eat, poor service, and bad hospitality. They literally ask you "how much time does it take to finish coffee"

This is our best place to meet with friends. Quality of food is awesome Service is upto mark.
