Such a nice place, great ambiance. but the service,food quality, staff behaviour really very pathetic. My first experience is so bad that I would request everyone not to visit there for fooding totally wastage of money.

Very bad service not at all good the food service is like what we call bichiri that it was there was no salt in chowmin and totally bad staff the price of going pool was 200 ruppes and main thing is that my mother got hurt while she was on the swing in the park she fell down from the swing and fell on her hand and her finger got blue and blood got clotted their and she is still suffering from pain and grief who will be responsible for that . The resort environment and amenities are wonderful. Very good for family and children.

Very bad experience, there cost is high but not the product is good. Specialy the tea it is like bitter in taste

No Tourist friendly,staff denies for Tea No one is responsible there at morning 10am.

Poorest service ever I have ordered water and they have given only three glasses but we are five people and their food is also not so good

I went with my friends there .i m very upset with the quality of the food and with staffs too. We ordered baby corn chilli and in it there was a COCKROACH . When we said this to the hotel staffs they showed no concern nothing. What's this behaviour .... If we got food poisoning who would be responsible for it. Hence i m adding the picture of the food along with the cockroach in it.
