Shahi Darbar

I went there in my recent visit to Dhanbad, this is quite a popular spot in the town for food and with the success of this place they have opened outlets, food is good enough. With wide range of options. But they have to work little extra on there vegetarian main course dishes.

I don't know why are they selling biryani. Seriously who rates them so well and decent. Absolutely poor and pathetic biryani. Tasteless and not worth the money. Quality is poor and quantity is less and very overpriced.

Shahi Darbar, located near ISM, has been a go-to spot for nearly a decade, offering a variety of food items at reasonable prices. Their specialties include biryani and rolls, which were once exceptional. However, over time, the taste has noticeably deteriorated. Recently, we tried their Chicken and Paneer Rolls, and both were quite average in taste. When we shared our feedback, the response was dismissive, with staff insisting that the taste hadn't changed--though it clearly didn't feel the same. If you're in the area and looking for food, this place is decent for a quick bite. However, if you're craving something flavorful, you might want to explore other options.

Never eat their food if it is not piping hot.. I made the mistake of eating a cold readymade egg biryani.. There are flies everywhere that contaminate the food. But perhaps at the cheap rates they sell it's not possible to give a hygienic experience to their customer.. Posting this with stomach ache at 3 a.m. early morning.

It is mostly popular for it's biryani now a days. It isn't that hygienic, if u are use to cleanliness and standard way of serving then this isn't a place for you. If you are searching for places which don't take service charges and have cheap reasonable prices then you can go forward for Shahi Darbar. Their food do taste good, but they use products which don't have a standard quality.

Waste of money to have lunch here, was waiting for tasty biryani but the taste was worst lastly I have to leave the table. Currently the changes alot from taste to behaviour almost everything changed. Once upon a time it was one of the famous location to have Street Foods or some delicious but now...waste of time and waste of money... Disappointed!!
