The interior of Skylite was undoubtedly good -- well-designed and appealing. However, my overall experience wasn't very satisfying. The food did not meet expectations, especially considering the high prices. It felt overpriced for the quality and taste offered. Unfortunately, I didn't have a very pleasant experience. There's definitely room for improvement, particularly in terms of food quality and value for money.

Skylit, located near Centre Point Mall, offers a cozy entrance that leads you to the 6th floor, where the rooftop restaurant awaits. With both indoor and outdoor seating, it's a perfect spot to visit with family or friends. The place offers a good selection of cocktails and hookah, and the staff is friendly and attentive. While the menu could use a bit more variety, the food we tried--Manchow soup, corn salt and pepper, and mixed sauce pasta--was satisfying. The ambiance is inviting, enhanced by good music and minimal wait times. Overall, Skylit provides a relaxing and enjoyable experience, making it well worth a visit!

Extremely Disappointed with Skylit Dhanbad - A Letdown in Every Sense We visited Skylit Dhanbad as a family, expecting quality service and food, especially as members of the restaurant. What we encountered instead was an absolute disaster of an experience. To begin with, the service was appalling. We had to wait until 11:30 PM to 12 midnight to receive food that was both delayed and drastically under-portioned, with each dish costing between 500-700. The quantity served was laughably small -- not even sufficient for a single person. When we brought this up, the restaurant had the audacity to blame us for taking photographs, suggesting that delayed food was somehow our fault. Let's be clear: we took photos because the food was late, not the other way around. Instead of accepting their shortcomings, the staff engaged in denial and deflection, which speaks volumes about their professionalism. We were the last family to leave, and not because we were lingering for fun -- but because the service was painfully slow. Furthermore, the pizza we received was not what we ordered, and yet again, our complaint was brushed off without accountability. What's worse is the blatant hypocrisy -- boasting about quality while failing miserably on basic service and hospitality. And let's not forget, we were loyal customers with a membership card, which makes us question whether this poor treatment was selective or simply their standard practice. We are not here to malign any restaurant out of whim -- we've dined at numerous places with far superior service and taste. The server suggested other options, including Pestuno, but we were unsure and very clearly confirmed-- *twice* --that we wanted *two Farmhouse pizzas* and no experiments. Both my sister and I specifically stated this. Despite this, a Pestuno pizza was served. When we pointed it out, the staff didn't offer to correct the mistake--instead, we were told to "just taste it." *You should never ask a customer to try something they clearly didn't order or want--especially not just because it happens to be your "signature" dish.* This gave the strong impression that the food had already been prepared and you simply didn't want to waste it, so you pushed it onto us. That's not how customer service works. Forcing guests to accept and eat something they didn't ask for is not only dismissive--it shows a lack of accountability. Frankly, if Pestuno is your signature item, I'd suggest revisiting the recipe. It was bland and quite disappointing. Secondly, regarding the *sizzler and pasta* , the portion sizes were much smaller than expected. I've had sizzlers at other places with far better quantity and taste. As for the *curries* , both the Kadhai Paneer and Deewani Handi were completely bland. If you claim Indian gravies pair better with breads, it's worrying that your curries lack enough flavor to stand on their own. Honestly, I think you should convey the fact to the customers that your breads have more taste than your gravies. So we must order it and have it with the pickles you provide. You also mentioned our *photo session* delayed service. Please note, we *ordered our starters as soon as we arrived,* anticipating that photos would take time. Even then, it took almost an hour for starters to arrive. Initially, our group of 7 was given a space that could only seat 5, forcing some of us to stand. It was only after *45 minutes* that we were shifted inside--and even then, the new table took another *15 minutes* to be cleaned. We ordered our main course within *5 minutes* of getting starters, yet it also took *nearly an hour* to arrive. Regarding the *membership and the promise of compensation,** we clearly stated our dissatisfaction with the Pestuno pizza, and your staff told us they would "manage something" later. We assumed this meant a discount or a complementary item. However, when the bill arrived, there was no such gesture. We reluctantly ordered ice cream just to meet the 4000 minimum, asking specifically for *chocolate* --but were served *vanilla* instead. No one bothered to apologize or offer a replacement. In fact they were in a hurry to close the restaurant and were least bothered about our order. So I must say that this wasn't an accommodation from your side as per you mentioned rather it was from our side so that are coupon that we had purchased won't go in vain. This visit was supposed to be a celebration for our parents' 31st anniversary, but the experience was deeply frustrating. Your team had the opportunity to correct multiple issues during the meal but chose not to. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, not just acknowledged. It was a great experience and first of its kind in Dhanbad, Its position is quite good and gives it a beautiful rooftop view,you get natural air as well. The food quality was magnificent and the service was also good... One must visit it.
