All the premise is not as per Reliance style but it is very good for local resident. It definitely provides various products at reasonable prices. It also offers loyalty points that can be redeemed at any of the Reliance Store.

The mart is very good. It has each and every necessary household material and the grocery. The mart also sells vegetables and ration material. It is loved by many people. It is the first mart in our area which sells groceries and household materials. I prefer everyone to buy the things from here and they also give some discount on the groceries and household materials. It cares for each and every customer who visits the reliance smart. It also sells cold drink. It also has perfumes and spray. It also sells the kitchen utensils and necessary items.

Clothes quality is good, but will have to pay some more than other super markets. Size is also a concern, check properly before billing.

It's clothes store don't even deserve a single star as it has lot of issues related to size of clothes.First of all it has very less variety and if u try to adjust with that than after lots of effort u will choose a cloth and u will find that it is just one unique piece there and it is even sort of different type of sizes in the same type. Really disappointing.

Reliance smart as the name suggest is a one stop smart shopping destination, with almost every domestic requirements under a roof. The store is situated at chinia road and attract a huge crowd because if it's service and well arranged store.The retail price of almost every item is less or equal to the nearby kirana store, but the quality of material is much better than them. The shopping centre is well maintained and clean, it has a good parking space also for vehicles.

I bought 1kg Haldirams sev bhijia on 21st July, unfortunately I could not check the packet seal in store, while I came back to home and try to open the packet, what I found was suprising for me, the packet seal was tear off and stick with white tape. I am sure it would be done only by Store. I believe this is not a good practice.

Although it is the only mall in Garhwa, despite of that most of home needs can be found here and at a 5% discount on mrp on almost every item. But beware to not buy cold drinks when sold at doubtful price because they sell it at lesser prince only when its best before date.
