The decoration was great The owner's behavior was very good and all the staff members were very supportive.Despite it being summer season, we did not feel the heat as there was a fully air conditioner arrangement.

Everything was so well coordinated and arranged by you and your team that we are amazed. On party day Food including, starters, welcome drinks and dinner spread was very delicious. Entire event was superbly managed and properly coordinated. The decoration was unique and peerless. We are really thankful to you. Special note to the owner of the place that he is a decent person who takes care of everything like family member. We are happy that we selected the venue and no doubt we will come back again for any future events. We will also definitely recommend the place to persons connected with us.

Shagun Hotel & banquet is very beautiful & very nicely decorated. Rooms are very comfortable & full of required amneties. Its owner Mr Rajeev Gupta is very humble & cooperative. Staff are very polite, courteous, helpful & very disciplined. I strongly recommend to book it for marriage ceremony, conduct of any function such as Birthday party, marriage anniversary party etc. Conduct of departmental meeting/seminar/workshop etc. may also be organised here nicely. Its rates are very reasonable. I am very much happy in celebrating different functions here time to time & thank Mr Rajeev Gupta (owner) & his staff.
