7 Days Restaurant & Hotel

I got a chance to stay at this hotel, and had a mixed response for the hotel. Good Point: 1. Rooms were nice, big and clean. Attached toilets were clean and spacious. 2. Food offered at resturant was good and tasty. Bad Points: 1. Service offered was really terrible. 2. We had to ask for everything like water in room, toilet soap etc whereas it should be placed by them just after our check-in. 3. The resturant had service issues like TV was not working. Upon asking he told us "Haven't you seen construction going on terrace?" Like while checking any room we will check if TV is working or not, if jugs are available in room or not... 4. The worst part was we had to leave early, around 5 AM. And when I came down to collect some items from our car, I found that reception was locked. There was no one visible to help us. I called the number available on Google Maps, which was actually working and was owner's number. We asked him to open the door, which he asked his caretaker. Caretaker behaved very rudely for this thing. He was not agreeing that someone should be available at reception desk even at night. The last nail in the coffin was he told us to get on main road from side door. The side door led to a small ground where garbage was thrown and no proper lighting was available. Upon asking when main door will open, he told it will open at 10 in morning. Finally, when we made final exit at 5 in morning my parents had to travel through the same ground filled with garbage and no proper light. This was worst experience I had in any hotel.

Fantastic,, Low budget restaurant, Staff behaviour is so sweet, Dishes are quite tasty and also low price overall out of 5 - 5 star .

Good food quality. Quantity I'd also great compared to price .
