Sorry to mention about it.. My family's visited today evening for taste some dishes nd 2 south Indian dishes are good ...but we ordered 2 plates of Rasmalai and beleive me it's totally feels like tasteless water nd colour nothing tastes like before even we complaint about it ur services but they all ignore like nothing is happen nd just show me the payment to do ... without any responding totally bad experienced we observe! Kindly co-operate nd handle the things nd services providing by u all ..if u really want ur shops goes more famous then it's very important to keep feedback responses by customer otherwise slowly slowly ur hotel ratings goes too bad . Sorry to mention too bad services we experienced Hope ur management take it serious ,,nd next time chances will feels better . Thank you

Kachori sabji is very good Gulab jamun is same as lemcha of west Bengal shaktigarh Food quality is very good Bathroom facilities available Neat and clean washroom available for ladies

Great Samosa and Chole Bhature. Tried Long Lata, it was also quite good and fresh.

Starting was amazing with this place but now qualiti and the taste of the food is getting down, while I told to the manager about this .. overall nice place but try yo maintain the food quality

Service is very bad I have purchased sweets from his shop and he has given very bad sweets,I called him then he denied that this is not my sweets Shop manager is very arguing and refused to take sweets back or refund money plz do not go his sweets shop
