Hotel Blue Heaven

I booked 4 ac room to stay with my family. But the hotel is not safe to stay with family. power cut problem every day for more then 6-7 times. a.c is not working while the power cut. but they charged me full a.c room tariff. it was a terrible experience to stay there. not recommended anyone.

Great for budget accommodation. The hotel is close to Railway station and bus stand where you easily reach by taking rickshaw. It has Pretty decent view of outside where you can really enjoy your time. The rooms and toilets are also clean and well maintained.

A hotel with poor services. Room was not clean well. Toilet was stinking. AC was not cooling enough. Cable was not running during our three days stay. And which hotel provides gamcha instead of towel in ac rooms?? Will not recommend anyone.

It's okay while considering the fact that it serves the purpose in a small town. Should not be called a hotel though, a motel or a lodge would have been a better name. Anyways, decent location, very near to the railway station (5 min walk) makes it a good option. Please don't expect some high end service here, because this is a small town amd not a city.

Bad behavior of hotel staff.. No. Security..

I have to visit Madhupur for some official purpose. I have stayed here. Hotel is below average. Guests as well as hotel staffs are not well mannered. Quality peoples are not out there. Hotel comfort level and standard are below below average. Choose this option only if this is the last one.

Cheap but not safety. I had checked in a on June,2018.In my absence room was used by someone(may be hotel person). When I return back to hotel and unlocked my room I found Khainee under the bed and in the bathroom and after all from than day one windows also not getting locked, I had also informed in reception,but they not bothered and the very next the day I had to check out. So that was experience for that hotel....

Very bad experience. First of all ceiling fan is not available in given room also ac doesn't work. Housekeeping condition is so poor And please don't ask about room service
