Had a bad experience with the room which had electrical problems (a light which could not be switched off) and leaking plumbing. I was shifted to another room but after spending a sleepless night. By and large the service was good and the people were responsive to issues

The room was neat and clean.This property is accessible from the station very easily.But restaurant's items are overpriced.

I've recently visited Madhupur and stayed in this hotel. Ngl I'm very picky when it comes to choosing hotels and all. I've booked online so I was afraid but the hotel doesn't disappoint me. The atmosphere was good and family friendly, clean and their staffs were friendly and helpful and foods were good. Overall our stay in the hotel was worth the price I've paid.

Worst experience... Wifi not working... Breakfast was worst...not in time... worst experience.... Suggestion to all boarders not to stay here with huge expectations
