Disappointing Experience I recently visited this restaurant and was quite disappointed with the overall service. The staff seemed unskilled and inexperienced -- our waiter was unable to answer basic questions about the menu and appeared confused most of the time. No one checked in during our meal to ask if we needed anything, and there was no manager visible on-site to address concerns. It also felt like the staff was trained to focus more on tables that might generate higher bills, while others -- like ours -- were largely ignored. This kind of selective attention creates a poor experience for regular diners. Overall, I hope the management looks into staff training and ensures equal attention to all guests, regardless of the size of their order.

A Bittersweet Experience: I've been a regular at Red Chilli Restaurant for a few years now. Their food has always been consistently good, and the ambiance is quite pleasant. The female staff, in particular, is always friendly and accommodating. However, my recent visit left me feeling disappointed. While dining, I noticed the staff members loudly discussing personal matters, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Additionally, after the meal, I experienced some discomfort and decided to rest briefly on one of the empty sofas. Unfortunately, a staff member rudely interrupted my rest, asking me to move. This was quite insensitive, especially considering I was unwell. While I highly recommend this restaurant for their delicious food, I hope they can improve their service standards. It's crucial for staff to maintain a professional demeanor, especially when customers are not feeling well. With a few adjustments, this restaurant could elevate its overall dining experience.

Quite a nice place for organising events and having meals

Very bad taste . Don't waste your money here. Don't come here on ratings hotel have policy of if you give him 5 star ratings you will get 5% discount. So ratings are false and manipulating.

Awesome restaurant

Food is really very good, especially that roasted chicken. Hall n lawn is also very spacious. Only there was some lacking in the rooms facility but overall it was all wonderful.. Thank you so much Srijan.... I will definitely suggest my friends and relatives to go for Red chilli restaurant once if its about wedding functions !
