Hotel saini - Best Hotel in Ramgarh

I recently visited and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The environment was warm and welcoming, creating a perfect setting for a relaxing meal. The ambient lighting added a cozy and elegant touch, making the atmosphere even more enjoyable. The staff was attentive but not much friendly, ensuring that every need was promptly met. The service was quick yet not rushed, which allowed us to enjoy our time without feeling hurried. The overall experience was wonderful.

The food was incredibly disappointing. It tasted sour, as if it had gone bad or had been sitting out for hours--maybe even from the day before. Nothing felt fresh, and it was clear the kitchen prioritized convenience over quality. Definitely not worth the price.

The room was very spacious and clean Food was very tasty and served hot Hospitality of staff was great Service was good Our room had a bathroom with a geyser that was not connected to the shower. Probably the temperature tap was loose. So that was a little difficulty Overall experience was nice, but improvements could have been done.

All id good .. food.. cleanliness...service... But pls...MAKE SOME MORE ARRANGEMENTS FOR KIDS.... A SMALL PLAY AREA OR SWING AND SLIDE... KIDS get bored until food arrives... otherwise all is good.... Loved it here...

Food is good but the challenge remains the service . Miscommunication between the guy who takes order and who serves the order has been the second time issue during my visit. The gap between the starter and the main course is nil. They will serve you both the same time.

A great Roadside hotel for those who want a good luxurious service with their friends or family..the food is nice. Service is great .We didn't take rooms so can't say about that.

Worst taste. Have degraded the level of taste. Single gravy is used for all dishes. Ordered something else and received another one. Behaviour of service staff is also very pathetic. Will never visit again and will not recommend anyone

I visited the Saini Hotel restaurant, it gave me a hell of an experience the food which was served was un-cooked and material used was definitely spoiled, tandoori roti was barely cooked, when the complaint was raised the waiter answered that food is all good it's your who is at fault because everyone here are eating they are not saying anything but it's your fault only. They are compromising the quality and service over quickly delivering the food, owners should see these things because if a good competition comes in that location Shaini's shine will be gone within days.
