Pretty Average: Hot Lips offers a pleasing ambience with a basic yet cozy setting. However, the food quality fell short of expectations. While the atmosphere was and ambiance was good, the dishes lacked flavor, leaving much to be desired. The menu seemed promising, but execution did not match up, resulting in a disappointing dining experience overall. For those looking for a relaxed environment, Hot Lips delivers on ambiance, but for a satisfying meal, one might want to explore other options. And trust me there are better food on the same price point. Conclusion: If you're very fanatic about the food and flavour this place is not for you

Total waste of money and time. Hotlips- earlier this was famous for its food but has become nonsense these days. The food was very very bad. We have orderd mushroom tikka, chicken tikka along with some other starters. What we received was cold and unappetizing food and specially mushroom was rotten and spolied. Despite bringing these issues to the attention of the staff, there was no effort made to rectify the sitiation or make it right. Staff was like- hamara yaha aisa hi milta h aapne order kiya h aap samjho, hmlog kch nahi kr skte..hm ne fresh hi diya h. They were very rude. this resturant doesn't deserve a single star for its food and staff behavior.

Just go.there and enjoy mouthwatering food at affordable prices..service and atmosphere is great. Very neat and clean place. Good parking space. Just don't miss it

We went with our friends for first time in Kanke outlet and tried many items like we tried chicken platter which was worst because many of items were burnt and extra dry & we also tried Murgh Mussalam which was also not up to the mark however some of the items were decent like noodles and baby corn chilli. Service was okay but staff should be more polite.

Service is good but there is no taste in chicken biryani... please clear that you put ghee or butter in it because I don't consume ghee and I face little difficulty because I left my full plate of biryani due to ghee. Please clear your customer about the ingredients so that they can enjoy your food.

Recently we received food packages from hotlips and the paneer was of the worst quality, and when i say worst trust me it was that bad. Itne paise lete ho aur itni quality ka paneer use krte ho. It stretched like a rubber. Not at all recommended to visit this restaurant.

Once upon a time place used to be good joint for good food. Now they have loosen the focus. Improper sitting for families. Service needs tremendous improvement. Waiter screen like anything for order. Never the less food is quite good.
