Classy European style decor and construction. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Housekeeping is very supportive and goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The restaurant on ground floor serves descent food at fair prices. The rooftop restaurant is open for breakfast. Go early to enjoy the breakfast with a soothing breeze. There is both indoor and outdoor seating in rooftop. The breakfast platter had lot of items. We enjoyed our stay here. Only downside is that their TV is not a smart tv. So you can't watch Netflix on it. I would recommend upgrading it.

Extremely well managed accommodation. Staff behaviour and room quality was extremely good. They rooftop breakfast arrangements. Food was also delicious. I strongly recommend staying there. In fact I often stay there for official tour purposes.

All the services of the hotel is good in comparison of other hotels in ranchi. The staff is polite. But some people are rude in dealing with customers. There is no gym or swimming pool. Food is great and reasonably priced.

Ordered 1 Pound Strawberry Cake From "The Best Bakery" Via Swiggy. Received a very moldy, stale & contamined cake. The fungus was all over the cake. It was very smelly. It took us one bite to realise how pathetically it was contaminated. Highly disappointed with this bakery. This was the first time they have done something of this sort with me. I'll never order from them again. Never Order Online From "The Best".

I frequently make my guest stay there service was decent and close to my office. But this time don't know what was wrong with them from check in to drop of the guest to the airport everything was not upto the mark. Food was really pathetic specially the Indian main course though tandoor was ok. I will request manager or owner whosoever takes care of the management please have the serious check on the staffing.

Excellent preparation served here. We ordered starter mushroom cream preparation,Green tandoori platter and soups, followed by dinner. Signature dal makhani is the Best you can have. Service was fast and prompt

Very nice hotel in Ranchi city.. Rooms is very good with all flour lift facility.. But banquet and community hall is small area.. You can booking only for small function or parties.. Not sufficient places for any wedding and big marries function.. Not sufficient places for car parking..
