Hotel Kalinga International

Worst services, greedy owner no professionalism.... Don't book the hotel for wedding purpose ever.......they extort money double than what you have already finalized at......you will regret the service they provide...

I recently stayed at This Hotel, and overall, it was a delightful experience. Located in the heart of town , the hotel's prime location made it convenient to explore nearby attractions.The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff who provided a warm welcome. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The hotel's facilities were impressive. The on-site restaurant served a diverse menu with delicious options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Wonderful Stay! My time here was fantastic. The room was immaculate and cozy, equipped with everything I needed. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, always eager to assist. The restaurant served excellent food, and the hotel's location was ideal for sightseeing. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back!

Really in Sahebganj,hotel means KALINGA.The only hotel where you can get the best environment and services.The owner Sumit ji is great personality.I love the hospitality offered to me by him.I wish to stay again and again in KALINGA

Place is best,near located Sahibganj Station... All staff behave well & proper dress..... Also resturant Kalinga available in Hotel.

Though this hotel is very close to the railway station and by far the best in Sahibganj, but there are major upkeep and maintenance issues. Two cockroaches moved around freely in my room in the evening. Poor hygiene, poor staff attitude. The exhausts in the bathrooms weren't working. We requested for a change of room, but it wasn't working in either of the two rooms we had.|The kitchen doesn't begin before 07:30 am. So, if you are in need of tea or hot water for drinking, it isn't provided. No tea in the mornings, no tea bags or electric kettle. |Their restaurant closes or stops taking orders at 09:30 pm. If you are inside the restaurant, the doors are locked to prevent people from entering the restaurant!|I was dining with my family and I left my son there to see my relative off outside the restaurant on the second floor...and when I turn around to enter the restaurant, it was locked and I had to bang hard for someone to open it. The staff came and opened it and very rudely shouted at me, "The restaurant closes at 10:00 pm!" That's no way to inform your guest or treat them. |Most of the food item on the menu was not provided as it would take time for the chef to cook and would go beyond their closing time.|They have one boy in the day shift and one in the night...the boy who works the night shift is not a keen worker.|The boy, Kishan, in the morning shift was very courteous and polite. One person in the restaurant, Sanjay, was very polite, considerate and served with a smile.|The people on reception are guys who have no clue about customer service!
