Worth spending 100 bucks on khanavali food, highly recommended. Hotel looks small but their ambiance and food is excellent, don't expect different types of food they have only North Karnataka meal. Must visit when you're in badami

Don't go on the size and basic appearance of the restaurant/ khanaval. This has homely taste and they serve on banana leaf. food is very tasty and fresh. We loved it. They had sweet sesame seed jaggery poli / chapati (like puran poli). Definitely visit and taste yourself. Just be mindful that they only offer rice plate/ thali and it's just a veg restaurant.

Super homely food in north Karnataka style. If you are looking for veg and tasty food in Badami then don't miss this place. I had 3 meals and overeaten so had stomach. Owner was sweet to make butter milk while others in my group had another round of meals.

Best south indian food you will ever taste. They have authenticate way to serve food and puran poli is must try here. Unlimited food under 100.

If you're in Badami, you're hungry and you're enthusiastic about Kannada food,then you must go to this restaurant... They offer meals on the banana leaves, which will fulfill your wish to eat authentic kannada food..and lastly The food is also very delicious. Every item on the plate was perfect. especially Sweet Poli with ghee on it, Jowar bhakari,Sambr-Rice , Kachumar, Pickle and Papad also. Their Service is quite good and when talking about Price, I will just use this word AFFORDABLE. We were 9 people on the table and the bill was 1280/- Go and Visit You'll never regret it. Simple local cuisine served on plantain leaf. Food was delicious and service was prompt. Special Lingayat cuisine.

I went there on a suggestion from a automobile shop owner.. Looking at the location, was initially doubtful about food there..But once I went inside, it was so neatly maintained. I went in at 12 pm and they were getting things ready..Had to wait for 10 min, but then later they served my ordered Jowar rotis and Currys on a banana leaf. Rotis were so soft and Currys tasted so good.. After a couple of bad food days in Hampi, I tasted really tasty food here and the owner and the boys were also really great. If I ever visit Badami again, will definitely come here to eat..
