I have been a regular customer at this restaurant for a long time, but unfortunately, the quality has declined significantly. The Kerala snacks, which were once a highlight, are now disappointing. The pazham pori is a prime example--it looks like pazham pori, but it lacks taste and is much smaller than before. The egg bajji used to be made with a whole egg, but now they serve it with just half an egg, and the taste is nowhere near what it used to be. The overall quality and portion sizes have gone down drastically. I used to enjoy their tea, coffee, and snacks, but these days, even those have lost their authentic flavor. The kubbus roll was particularly disappointing--completely tasteless, yet priced at 50, which is not worth it at all. Another major issue is the street dogs in the area. They constantly disturb customers, making it difficult to enjoy a meal peacefully. This is a serious problem that the management needs to address immediately. This restaurant once deserved a 4-star rating, but now, it wouldn't even get a single star from me. If you're serving Kerala snacks, please ensure they have the authentic taste and quality that customers expect. Also, take action to keep the dining area free from disturbances like stray dogs. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the standards before losing more loyal customers.

Rarely I take food from here..once I ordered pepper chicken as side dish,but it was horrible..they don't know even the basic ingredients of a pepper chicken... It could have been maintained properly and people friendly...

They are charging high price. But quantity of food is less . And taste also worst.. very disappointed.. they can charge High price but they should give taste food... Very bad.. they are giving small bangda fish and charging 190rs.. very bad

No introduction for Thalassery!! It was like the gods listened to our prayers.. we usually travel till jigani or electricity city for Thalassery hotel branches . But still many things need to be improved here compared to other branches. Not yet in Zomato or swiggy. But it's on the opposite side of our house. A perfect place for kerala food!

The snacks and all are fine but they dont attend to you at all. They will just ignore you for a good 5 mins. Very bad service.

Service was fabulous and take little time to give the food but food was nice
