Thalassery restaurant

I went with my colleague to this restaurant, but we are not satisfied about the taste & service , only the fish fry was a little better, tasted mutton biryani it's not that much taster, even meals not that yumm..

Authentic Kerala food. Tried the dosa here and it was pretty decent. Service was quick and it wasn't overcrowded.

Cheating customers by delivering lower quantity food when purchasing for higher amount.Ordered pepper chicken for Rs390 on swiggy platform and received food worth Rs 150 atmost ,( a quarter portion of a small box).Utmost worst service

Pls check the bill before you paying, price in the menu and bill will be different, i had ordered chicken fried rice in menu it is 200/- , in bill it is 210+ gst/-, And i ordered a fish fry also before placing order i asked him what is the price he told me 150/-, in bill 170+gst

Worst food I ever had. Firstly, the food was below average, we had Biryani and veg meals. Rice was half cooked and I found a cockroach while I was having the so called thalassery Biryani. The moment they found that I was creating issue on this, the staff came and took the food inside. Owner was giving dumb reason stating rice was fine, cockroach was just in the masala. And the worst part is, they were still serving the Biryani to other customers even after it was highlighted. I strongly suggest not to visit this place, and inform to your friends not to go here. If possible, give a bad rating if you have faced any.

Had ordered biryani online from this oulet, their chicken pottu biryani packed in a banana leaf and cooked , did not disappoint at all. Kind of liked the taste and quantity was more than enough. The chicken pieces were so soft and flavoured perfectly.

Had a delightful experience at the Thalassery restaurant! The Idiyappam was perfectly soft, paired wonderfully with the flavorful Kadala Curry. The overall ambiance was not that convincing, but the food taste does. Good to have breakfast, lunch and even dinner here. Ambiance need to be improved with Air Conditioner, also with neat and clean atmosphere.
