My Honest Review - Please Read Before Booking I'm currently staying at this property and I feel it's important to share my experience for others who are planning to stay here. In my opinion, it's a complete waste of money. We paid 7,000 per day just for the room, and the service has been extremely disappointing. Very poor service - There is no proper staff, and basic hospitality is missing. Restaurant issues - We were told they are serving biryani without curd or gravy. If we wanted that, we had to order it separately. On top of that, they didn't even provide proper plates to eat. Breakfast - Poorly arranged and the food quality was not up to the mark. Room service - We asked for hot water at 9:00 AM and had to keep calling multiple times. They finally sent it at 10:30 AM - after 1.5 hours of waiting. Only good thing about this place is the location and the surrounding area. Please think twice before booking this place. Definitely not worth the price they're charging.

Our stay at the resort was truly unforgettable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the moment we left, everything was smooth and well taken care of. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The room was spacious, spotless, and offered a beautiful view. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged for comfort and relaxation. The pool was clean and refreshing, and the spa services were excellent. The food at the restaurant was delicious with a good variety, and the service was quick and professional. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to unwind in comfort and style. We can't wait to return!

The location is easy. Somehow, you are very confused with the rooms. The property is totally maintained. When you enter the room, it's a different vibe. It's clean, but somehow, I didn't like the washroom settings. The service was superb, no doubt they gave indept info on the room and showed us almost every room possible, I wonder how I missed taking the pictures.

The ambiance was good. The rooms and the services are really impressive.. they have arranged everything including the fire camp even though we have decided at the last moment... Thank you everyone ... And the swimming pool was fantastic... And created an unforgettable memories...

Good decent hotel near-by the town. Good ambience surrounding the place. The place has swimming pool, indoor games, garden with place for camp fire. Cycling here is a good experience. The complimentary breakfast is crowded with good menu items getting finished early.

I booked two rooms for my stay in Chikkamagaluru. The location of the hotel is very good Ambience is awesome But..... Rooms are not at all matching the price point. Wifi not working at all. Service is not up to the mark. Breakfast item are decent enough..

I am also stayed many times @ binary.. The rooms & cottages was very beautiful.. The ambience was also good.. Good management team especially Chandramouly sir... His behaviour was neat.... Wish you a good luck for the team
