Hotel Pavithra Veg

I could say one of the worst service in any hotels in Chikmagalur! Being my home near to this hotel and off the fact that it's situated in a very good place it has barely trained staff and even the owner seems rude with customer The cashier didn't care to respond to us inspite of calling for three times and waiter being rude, careless and argues that the customers are supposed to take their orders even if we are sitting in a service hall! Keeping behaviour and their culture apart the food was unappetising! Neither the food was dressed nor the cleanliness was maintained We had ordered a plate of Pani puri and a plate of Dahi puri. I really can't believe how this hotel is still running when they serve Dahi puri with the curd just taken out of freezer and was literally tasting no less sour than tamarind! It's a real disappointment when you go out to eat any chats and being treated this way and you never feel like to eat outside again!

Since we were short on time, we didn't get anything to eat there. But drank coffee which was very good. There was multiple breakfast and lunch options. There is place to sit inside as well as outside. A good experience overall

Very good Veg hotel in Chikmagalur... They can improve there service skill more better...

Dal tadka had too much of garlicky tadka, that ruined dal tadka. Panner butter masala was good. Panner tikka masala was good too, but not spicy. Veg kolhapuri was good too, but again not spicy. Naan, roti was not unnecessarily thick , overall good food, very less spicy though.

Worst service, it's been 45-50 minutes since I placed the order and a new waiter comes and asks for my order again. They don't even respond properly and avoid customers and prefer to fulfill online orders.

Very bad experience! Food was ok, but service was terrible. I just now came here for my breakfast because I was given a complementary breakfast from ipalace (near by hotel/home stay) I have 20months baby with my we were ok to do self service but they insisted to take table service and they have their rules on how you should be seated and this old man who took Incharge of service is worst to the core after seeing my daughter spilled down little food he stopped serving to my table but he continues to serve other tables. Though the food was ok, service was worst ever I have experienced. I am not a usual review writer but my day itself completely spoiled because of all this.

Nice ambience outside. Tea and malasalapuri with rain outside was an unforgettable experience

Had Savepuri and Masala Puri ! Save puri was wow !! It tastes very special and I love it ! Masala puri is also very good !
