Khansamaa Restaurant

We visited Khansama for lunch, hoping for a great experience, but it turned out to be a disappointment. We ordered Dragon Chicken, Fish, Teetar, Manchow Soup, Roti, Naan, Lime Soda, and for our driver, Daal Fry and Roti. The food took almost an hour to arrive, and to make matters worse, the plates were dirty. When we asked for replacements, the staff responded that all the plates were the same. Waiting an hour just for daal to cook was also quite surprising. The ambiance was uncomfortable as well, with smoke from the kitchen filling the seating area due to the exhaust fan being off, making it quite suffocating. On top of this, they don't provide a printed bill, instead giving a handwritten one while still trying to charge GST and Service Tax. When we questioned them, they said the computer wasn't working. We had to stand our ground and insist on not paying the extra charges without a printed bill. Overall, we don't recommend this place. Only the Manchow Soup was worth having. Save your time and money and look elsewhere!

We had dinner here as they have tied up with Hotel Maharaja I will not recommend this place for veg option as of following reason 1. Cleanses was not great as little smelly too 2. Cost of Dish as per quality as veg haryali was full of great with out much vegetables. 3. Service was little slow and we had to call the person multiple times to request for everything. 4. They were also little hesitant to serve the dish 5. Little positive gesture could have improved the experience Few things were good like Dal tadka was nice and jira rice was good too. Over all I was little disappointed over the name and price of the product. I would not recommend it for Veg folks

We went with family (7 people) taste wise food was ok but could have been better as naan was too thick and grilled chicken or curries weren't that good. Ambience was good for a small place

In this Restaurant Chinese and Starters are top notch. Among starters Grilled chicken,Crispy Prawns are a Must Try. Chicken Tandoori biryani was okayish and chicken Fried rice was among the best in the main courses. Valet parking is not available but can be parked on the roadside.

Rashid was very welcoming and cordial with us. Always with a smile on his face. And as for the cuisine, Jamil the chef, served us some amazing biryani. We are leaving with our tummies full and content.

The worst ghee roasts I've ever had. Terrible food. Pre cooked food being overheated in microwave and served. Overcooked dry chicken and mutton pieces. Extremely unappetising food. No response when the feedback was given.

Not bad The atmosphere and service is very good interior's also very nice staff also very nice but food quality is not upto the mark the taste of the food also below average if you are planning to go here my recommendation will be there are lot of option in ckm instead of this

I really enjoyed the food here. I am a veg guy, so all the veg item which was ordered was delicious and tasty.
