Savi Veg Restaurant

I liked the place as we are travelling n it provided good quality almost home cooked meal n it was a relief to eat simple . Good cutlery , reasonable price , veg menu avl , almost no wait after order , overall excellent choice if not looking for fine dinning , keeping in view there are hardly good quality n very few number of restaurants avl in chikmangalur ... one can try without hesitation .

Visited in December 2016 We checked into Savi Veg restaurant for dinner both days we stayed in Chikmagalur. Very calm and clean place in and around KM Rd. Staff are very courteous. We tried North Indian dishes and all of them were tasty. Cream of tomato soup is a must try. Ambience is good

Pleasantly surprised by how tasty the food was! And had quality too with minimum oil and spices. Items available also are fairly varied.

As we were heading back to Bangalore from China glut wanted to have a good lunch so looking at the reviews of this place Savi went to have lunch. The place is not very clean also we had to wait for almost an hour for just Roti Dal and a bowl of Curd rice for three people. Upon that there were strands of hair in the dal we had. Not one but many strands of hair. Yuk! We had to leave the hotel without eating and they were totally unconcerned and didn't bother to attend to us. So I do not recommend this place though the food looked delicious.

The food was decent. It is quite clean and well maintained. My friends and I had ordered North Indian cuisines. The food was pretty good in taste. The quantity was also good.

We walked late in the night. We weren't hungry so we took the parcel and came back to our Hotel. We are it after almost 2 hours and for was still delicious. my order was tandoori roti and veg kofta

Excellent hospitality.. very hygiene food... Really stunned by their friendly behavior.. excellent experience.. best place with kids and for veggies.. clean and neat.. polite and friendly staffs..
