Food was served in pathetic manner. They almost took 30mins to prepare food after order. Their premiums burgers didn't had any veggies in it just mayo. Also fries were served cold. Worst part was that they didn't even turn on AC even after many requested for it.

Very worst service. They will focus only on Swiggy and Zomato orders. They will not take care for dine in orders. The food is also very pathetic. We ordered 8pcs bucket, they gave only wings piece. They give tomato sauce dipped piece in the name of smoky chicken. Please think twice before going there.

Very oily! Food Quantity and Quality are not served as per the regular standards!! Very bad!!

Service is so bad, and even though store remains open let that not deceive you , 3 times I had to go back since they said the orders are closed even though store is open. 6 months later , 1 Dec'24: once again thought there would be some change came to the store , ordered fries and a burger , been waiting for 45 minutes and went to the counter and realised the food is ready and the server hasn't called our token number , next thing the fries is gone really cold and I go to the counter and they say they will give another one , but I notice all that they have done is put under the heat retaining area where the chicken is kept once it is made , and in few minutes he comes back and gives me the same and claims it is newly made . Not were there service bad yet again , but now they want to lie as well , I don't know why I had to do this again , very pathetic service 8 months later , 19 Feb'25 : Ordered 2 buckets of hot and crispy 10 pieces each , and to our surprise - most of the chicken pieces were leg pieces and secondly they mixed hot and crispy and spicy chicken pieces , I am really not sure how they are still maintaining the 4.1 rating

Had an issue with missing items and quality concerns of Swiggy takeaway from this restaurant earlier today. Upon escalation of the grievance, the concerned manager promptly reached out and remedied the problem expeditiously and satisfactorily. Credit to Mr. Santosh and Mr. Tiwari. Hopefully the service standards continue to improve and impress going forwards.

Worst maintenance, no one cleans the table and no place for customer to sit.. I have informed them multiple number of times, I have ordered via kios and waited for 30 mins for the order to be served , but it was not prepared and only after visiting the counter they started preparing it. They don't have Air conditioner running ...atleast they should keep the door open , Bengaluru weather is cooler

Today I visited 9:55pm this store and staff told us that outlet is closed , many customer are waiting there but there is no positive response by there staff , then we tried to talk manager mr. suryakant but he was not there and after calling him he didn't even pick the call and responded. This is not my first time. This kind of happened. There staff said that store are closed at 10pm and whatever food we have this time we can provide to you only. There was not at proper food. Only few pieces of hot wings in their HVAC. How they are treating to customers I don't know. I didn't expect this kind of behaviour from KFC.

Meat is in red colour and bad smell from the chicken.
