Shri Prabhu Garden Restaurant

PRABHU Garden restuarant is a new addition to fine dine restaurant category in Dharwad. It has a very nice cosy ambience and upscale setup with water bodies setup around the property and nice seating arrangements. This is a 'Air conditioned ONLY' restaurant and no outdoor seating is available. Decent servers and waiters help you get settled, order boys speak English, Hindi and Kannada very well and cutlery is well maintained and clean. The tap water or normal water served is soft water and not bore / spring well water, and it tastes very good, however for tourists and visitors to Dharwad, I would recommend you choose Mineral bottled water over tap water. You might be wondering why I have given a 3 star rating. The main lifeline of a restuarant is its food, and here the quality of food is very good and we had no complaints, however the problem comes during menu selection, as not all of the items are available. We stopped there to eat Jowar Roti, as mentioned on the banner, to my surprise we found out that it is not available at all, meaning it is not part of the menu, but it is mentioned everywhere. Then Masala Dosa, then some more dishes and then the entire South Indian food choice selection was absolutely unavailable. Finally I was shocked to know from the order boy that they never serve anything else except Ala Carte options only from the North Indian Menu. The reason to mention the other items on the menu is because they are possibly going to introduce all these items in future!! Also dessert selection was extremely limited like only 2 items.. a major turn off was NO Icecream availability from the ice cream selections mentioned in the menu. Then came the bill, the price was right for the quality of service and the selections that are available. However, the software was down and the bill was hand written with a pencil on a crumpled receipt paper... that's absolutely not acceptable, especially if I am having lunch with corporate delegates and need to claim the bill as a reimbursement. Overall experience was great. Some issues need to be fixed and it will be one of the best restaurants in the twin-cities. I am sure to visit again.

hotel is gud just beside Mishra pedha pb road located at op DSP circle Air conditioned rooms . . rate is bit costly late service . . but nobody talks in knndd not even gate keeper also even though d worker working here frm 3 4 yrs it's too bad nd we complained too

The ambience is good and so is the food. However, we went for jowar roti and it wasn't available. Not too expensive. It's appealing to adults and kids alike. Update : This time when we went there, we did not like Paneer Butter Masala. Although they did alert us, that it would be sweet to taste, but we really did not expect it to be so sweet that we could replace it for our desert!

I give 0 star because I ordered a food from zamato but I received very worst food but I paid Rs 750 not worth pls don't don't order this place today onward my order is different received different this people is very worong my phone call also disconnected because they mistakes dear friend pls don't visit go for opposite mathura palace is very good no one can complent aginest because quality and quantity is very good. pls Sri Prabhu Garden Roti images see my images Dear friends pls Don't visit this Place Bakwaas food And BAKWAAS Comments. Ambience is good but their service and taste of the food both are pathetic. Just ruined our day.

Very good place for family, Welcome Drinks are So nice, Serves good food with great taste and the place is too clean and Good Staff Reasonable, Separate chair available for babies, Music,outdoor water fountain.. So Really Happy to Visit Your Hotel...

I had an amazing experience here. The service was prompt & attentive. The food was outstanding. The "Paneer Coriander" dish was a revelation - perfectly seasoned and served with perfection.The cozy ambiance added to the charm to the evening. I'll definitely be returning for more culinary delights. Highly recommended!!!

Food is really tasty but service time is too long. Many items are not there due to staff shortage.
