Soi & Sake

10/10 for service and ambiance. Unfortunately the food did not match the setting, quite average for a pan asian restaurant. The sushi rolls lacked essence and the crab soup was "okay". I ld say "Daily Sushi" would be better for sushi lovers.

Service is wonderful and quick. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We ordered vegetable kothe, caramalized onion bao and burnt garlic vegetable fried rice. Each dish was packed with flavor and super delicious! They also gave us a complementary drink which was tasty and refreshing! Would definitely recommend checking this place out.

Had an absolutely amazing experience at this restaurant. Taj truly stands up to expectations when they deliver such service .they made the day so memorable for our children by inviting them into the open counter area to make their own sushi .The chef was kind and fun and the serving staff were also Great ( can't remember their names though !) The kids loved the experience. And we loved the food . Great place to celebrate a special occasion, they make it truly worth the money .

We had the pleasure of having dinner at Soi & Sake, their Pan Asian fine dine, our reservation for a private table got mixed up, but we ended up getting it anyway, service was good, but couple of our drink orders got mixed up, which isn't the standard of Taj. The food however was excellent, the Tuna Sushi was perfect and the Kung Pao chicken was excellent, and I loved the japanese fried rice with wonderful umami, definitely recommending them for the food.

Loved the food, the ambience and excellent service in this fine Asian cuisine restaurant. We opted for Chinese food. All items were freshly cooked and served hot. They have a wide range of cocktails. I had Gin and Curry Leaf Smash, which was so good... cool and refreshing.... highly recommended.

For Monday evening when we were there for dinner, the place was moderately occupied. We had booked in advance through known folks, so we were expected and had a good table marked out for us. The place is quite substantial, but seemed to be running below potential with many sections unoccupied, nevertheless the overall atmosphere was reasonable if not what it would have been if it was firing on all cylinders We had Sushi of many kinds in a boat and a few speciality ones outside the platter. They were all uniformly good. The sashimi was composed of firm slices, cut a little thicker than at other places, but richer for it. The tuna and salmon were buttery, rich and melt in mouth. The various fish were all fresh and carried their original flavors without a trace of decay. The Ramen bowl was similarly deliciously hearty. The teppanyaki style chicken had perfect balance of tangy, sweet and spice. Overall the food was not high cuisine but delicious, hearty meal that you may expect to have in a solid middle of the road, soul food approach. As such, probably even better than the fancier takes. The service was where there a bit of lack, it was super friendly and polite, but was mostly made up of very young fresh blood, who were just beginning to learn the ropes. Almost at all times our servers had to go get their seniors to help, which they did, but just took a while. The bartender who was doubling up as a server too to help the young lot dished up a very good dirty martini, something that hit the spot. Overall, a truly good experience !!

It is a restaurant in Taj hotel serving Chinese-Japanese food. So very limited options are available for vegetarians. But the food quality and taste is awesome. Ambience is great. Service is quick and appreciable. Ample parking space is available. Overall, a very good place to sit, eat and relax.

Great ambience and generally a good place to sit, eat, and drink. The staff is extremely considerate and accomodated a request that I had, pretty promptly. Tried soup and noodles here and both turned out to be healthy and yummy. This is a good place to unwind and relax on a Sunday afternoon, if you are in the mood for Japanese and Chinese cuisine.
