Fresh Point Iceland Garden Restaurant (Pure Veg)

We went to this place for dinner as it was recommended by our relatives. The Masala Papad was just a regular papad with a few pieces of tomato and onion. This is not what we expected from a true Masala Papad. The Kajoo Paneer Masala curry had more capsicum than paneer, which was disappointing. We ordered Mughlai Biryani, but what we received was more like fried rice with no dum cooking. The Dal Tadka was served with water flowing out of the rice. When we shared our concerns with the manager, who was a lady, she was quite arrogant. She told us she had been running the restaurant for over 27 years, and they serve the same dishes the same way. She said, "This is how we do it; we don't do dum," and seemed uninterested in our suggestions. Her response suggested that they don't care about customers who are only visiting once. Overall, we rated the restaurant a 2 because it looks nice, but the food was not worth it. We also visited another restaurant, Rasoi, which was far better than this one.

The food was terrible and the service was even worse. The seating was also very uncomfortable and there was no proper hygiene. Not gonna visit again!

Worst panner kolhapuri was just mixed with so much red chilly powder one cannot eat it, worst services no waiters available at all we need to wait for longer time as their no more staff available... never recommended.

Food will be good only but but waiting time sucks u alot. It's the main thing they need to manage. Even we told them abt this ofcourse they ll take the feedback but don't think it ll be taken serious.

It's a good place for family time. Very economic pricing also authentic dishes available all the time

Decent family restaurant in Gangawari roadside. Good food and good ambiance. Many vegetarian options available here. Only downside was the tea wasn't freshly made, it was from a flask.

Being honest their food is super but they make people wait for lmost an hour and even for one chappathi they took a lot! And they also exchange order in parcel . But food is at par with taste no complaints.
