Narmada Residency Haveri

Had just stayed for the night. Rooms are big and decent. Hot water is available. Bed Sheets can be a little cleaner. Floors were sticky, not sure if too much cleaner was used. Breakfast is not available. Overall a decent stay to spend the night.

It's right next to the highway and it's easily accessible. I would recommend to book the AC rooms, since Haveri is very hot during summer season. Plenty of parking space n good veg restaurants nearby. The rooms were big n spacious. The bath room was small n had couple ants moving around. The staff were very kind and responsive. Even when we had a couple of people coming early in the morning around 4am they accomodated us without any problem. One of the staff member called Maltesh was very friendly and helpful. He also cleaned our car, took good care of us.

While me and my family came into the hotel one customer was fighting with the receptionist that the person in kitchen doesn't know how to talk respectively with customers. He was complaining about the service. We didn't know that we would be the next victim of their poor service quality. First of all the staff doesn't behave responsibly and not doing their job properly. I told them that we would checkout early at morning and will need hot water early but their boiler/geyser was not heating up and when asked staff to fix it they were not cooperating. Me and my family took bath with that luke warm water at that early morning. We were 12 people and booked 4 Ac rooms. We were travelling back to home and needed drinking water for the road trip. I asked them to fill my 5 liter cann but they didn't had a water purifier. We all were completely upset by the service and we asked them to give refund but they refused. These guys are running business were they just want to mint money and has nothing do with service.

The hotel is on the 2nd floor accessible by lift in a quiet part of the city The basement parking is limited and the space is quite tight The rooms are clean and well maintained. The space is adequate for the price The bathroom was clean but they could add a couple of accessories like soap dish The AC was working properly The staff is courteous and helpful and the room service is prompt The hotel offers 24 hours check-out Would definitely recommend a stay here

It's value for money but needs full attention in employing certified and professional staff...rooms are ok but services are very late

Ok Hotel to stay in Haveri. We stayed in a Suite room and it was big. But the Bathroom was small for the Suite room. There is parking space in the ground floor which can accommodate couple of cars.
