Shivashakti Palace

It has been five years since we held my sister's marriage at Shivashakti Palace, and it was an amazing experience. The owner is very friendly and accommodating, ensuring everything went smoothly. The palace itself is stunning, with spacious and well-maintained facilities, making it perfect for grand celebrations. For many years, this has been one of the most preferred venues in Haveri for marriages, engagements, and other major functions. Almost everyone in and around the area chooses this place for their weddings, which speaks to its popularity and quality. Rooms are ok, But this man in photo font give bills for water or food. Rest all is ok

Shiva Shakti palace is good to stay in Haveri. Location wise it is best choice. Near tea stall, restaurants and market are available. Rooms are very big in size, maintained clean, provide big sofa, tipoy, chairs, TV and complimentary soap, even geacer was also available in working condition. When I entered the rooms, I felt I am entering some historical places, because those rooms give that kind of feeling. Room service is available. Good Luck

Rooms are pretty much very old

We stayed at this place for 3 nights. The rooms are large and the staff are uninterfering but courteous. The bathrooms as mentioned in other reviews are odd. The bathroom and the toilet are separate. The white sheets are no longer white and the hotel could do a lot to more to maintain the property. It's good for an overnight stay. In case you need to stay longer. There are other places close by. The hotel has good parking facility and is located on the main road yet away from the main part of the town.

The rooms and comfortable and spacious . As it is located in the centre of the city it is comfortable to travel conveniently . The staff isn't well mannered. During the course of stay the receptionist kept questioning about the duration of the stay . Hence I had to book stay in some other location. No dustbin and towel were kept in the room . Hot water supply is only present for two hours in a day .

Very good accommodation.

We were driving from Pune to Bangalore and needed to stop as it was getting dark and we decided to rest for the night rather than do it all in one day. Haveri is a small town about 520 km from Pune and 70 km ahead of Hubli, towards Bangalore. We located Hotel Shivashakti Palace on Google maps. I had to drive left off the main highway into Haveri town on the old PB Road.|| ||The hotel was well lit and we parked in the side road leading to the entrance. The reception and rooms were on the second floor. There was an elevator available, so we didn't have to climb up the narrow staircase. We were lucky to get an ac double room for Rs.950 (taxes extra), and agreed to pay extra bed charges of Rs.150. Non ac rooms were already occupied.||||The room was cosy and big enough with an extra divan, TV, intercom, and a working ac, but the bathroom fittings were not up to the mark, with the flush handle dangling loose. ||||We decided to order our dinner in the room, since the restaurant was located on the ground floor. The food was tasty albeit a bit spicy, but we were surprised to receive an inflated dinner bill. On inquiring I was told that the menu card was an old one.|| ||We had a good night's rest but were woken around 8 am by a musical band playing on the ground floor. It seems that a marriage ceremony was being conducted in the banquet hall below.|| ||We had our baths with lukewarm water. We ordered our breakfast through room service, and again the bill did not tally with the prices marked on the menu. Anyway, we settled our bill and were on our way to Bangalore after a refreshing night's rest.
