Hotel Jayasurya

I recently visited Hotel Jayasurya in Hiriyur, hoping for a good, satisfying meal, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. As someone from Maharashtra, I found the flavors here to be quite different and not to my taste. The dishes were heavily focused on local Karnataka-style flavors, which might be great for locals but didn't cater to those unfamiliar with or unaccustomed to this type of cuisine. The food was overly spicy for my preference, and the flavors seemed a bit too intense. There were very few options available that felt balanced in taste, and even standard items like dal and rice had a unique twist that wasn't very enjoyable. If you're used to Maharashtrian flavors, be cautious - this place doesn't really offer anything familiar. The service was okay, but the overall ambiance felt a bit rundown, and cleanliness wasn't up to the mark. Prices were reasonable, but I'd still say it's not worth the value if you're looking for familiar or adaptable cuisine. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Hotel Jayasurya for Maharashtrian people or those who prefer a less spicy, balanced meal. Not a place I would revisit.

Very bad food And bad experience and worst management

Very bad experience

spoiled batter used for dosa. Moreover worst lady cashier. Immaturued lady kept for cashier work. Doesn't know to handle the situation aswell as to communicate with customer. Not sugestable for visitors and local. Suggestion to owner, pls train your cashier to communicate and give proper training.

Tried South Indian thali. Not worth for the price.

Bad quality service, food is also not that good.An average hotel.
