Karthik Grand Hotel

Great place with variety of vegetarian options, taste is perfect blend of spices. Of course service is exceptionally well, staff are very polite. As I live in Navanagar I have been here multiple times.

Update - Previously rated 5 star for breakfast reducing it after having lunch. The breakfast is great and worth 5 star rating but the noth indian food is average (2 star). Lunch - Ordered manchow soup ( Good taste and spicy). Starter - Baby corn pepper dry (burnt taste) Hara Bara kebab (inside was mushy and uncooked) Informed the manager and they took the remaining hara Bara kebab and baby corn pepper day to show the cook. They provide with another dish - baby corn fry (okay taste but it had elaichi in it) Main course - wheat roti (burnt) Chapati (okay, dry and chewy after sometime) Veg diwani handi (suggested by manager) - blant and not taste Kaju kolhapuri (Average taste) Rice - Curd rice (average added tutti fruti on top) The order was delivered quickly but in the hurry the taste was not good. The manager was hurrying to give rice and finger bowl even when we were still eating and even though we insisted to wait till we were finished. The breakfast was good...puri bhaji kurma was tasty. Rava idli was a bit dense but the kurma & chutney were delicious. Masala dosa was crispy and roasted to perfection Must visit for good breakfast. Quick service and hygienic place.

Pure vegetarian hotel situated near brts chigari navanagar bus stop. Food quality and customer service is satisfactory. Plenty of breakfast, lunch,brunch and dinner food options are available. Plenty of parking space is there.

Nice hotel. Good ambience. Interior is nice. Kids friendly. Service was little so but food was good. They serve Only veg. But felt little costly. Its besides main road so they got nice parking place.

Sofa seats have lots of stains. While so much of investment is made, and the food is also good, cleanliness and empathetic behaviour of people will definately help to make the hotel very popular

Place is good, but the food is not that good.. u need to improve alot.. according to prize range quantity is too low.. and quality of service need to be improved... Butter nan was not hot.. they served butter nan with less butter.. it was like rubber.. felt very bad.. Overall experience was not good...

1. Value for money is zero. 2. Taste pathetic 3. Owner's or managers attitude towards customers is like we serve this if you wanna eat, you may eat or get lost. 4. Earlier when the hotel started, every aspect was good but now they got fame and tasted money, customer has become door mat.
