Satkar Bhavan Restaurants and Caterers in Hubli, Karnataka

This hotel is difficult to find if you are not aware, It is on the ground floor where most shops are closed. In that area this is a very good pure veg restaurant. The hotel has a good ambience, attended quickly by staff. The wash basin is clean and I didn't find the wash room there. Parking is available. It has a wide variety of menu. We ordered tomato soup which was hot and toast was crunchy, noodles may not be available always. Hence we asked for mushroom fried rice. They give a good amount of food at that price which is enough for two. Ask for sauce. The staff is friendly and service is good. The only problem is the cleaning labour, the lady keeps troubling the customers to dust the floor when they eating and ask to raise their leg. They again she comes for sweeping. I regularly visit this place.. on my earlier visits tried their misal thali... which had a good combination of misal and butter pav. Recently tried mirchi Bhajji which was not good. Even though masala poori, Paani poori, and pepper sandwiches were above the mark. Masala tea which is our regular order was very good.

We specifically visited this location to enjoy Misal Pav for breakfast, only to find out that it is available only after 4 PM. This information was not indicated anywhere in the Google Maps description, which is quite disappointing. Additionally, the establishment lacks proper hygiene standards, and there are no washroom facilities available. Given these shortcomings, I would not recommend this place for long-distance travelers. The absence of designated parking spaces for four-wheel vehicles makes it extremely challenging to find suitable parking in this area.

Satkar Bhavan in Hubli is a must-visit for authentic South Indian food. Their **Kotte Kadubu** (idli steamed in jackfruit leaves) stands out with its unique aroma and soft texture. Other favorites include crispy **Benne Dosa** and flavorful **Masala Dosa**. The food is consistently delicious, service is quick, and the place is well-maintained. A top spot for a satisfying South Indian breakfast!

Good chats, tried panipoori, dahi puri and dahi papdi. Vada pav and pav bhaji was also good.Tom yum soup was good. Pizza was made on ready-made pizza bases and burnt at the bottom . Tried the sizzlers on our last visit were good. Also tried Chinese chopsuey and pan-fried rice which turned out well. The menu options for vegetarian pan-asian noodles and rice is good. For a small joint it offers Nasi goreng and Thai dishes which is a pleasant surprise.

Nice place for breakfast. I would suggest people to try simple idly, Vada and dosa. Don't try special stuff... I feel they mess it up trying to do fancy things. But over all a nice place for daily breakfast

One of the best restaurant in Hubli Dharwad, one should try eating food here. Owner is very nice person and gives great hospitality whenever we visit here. They have a very good team for catering service in Hubli. Highly recommend this place for everyone who want to try eating healthy and tasty food.
