Ordered paneer chilly and fried rice. The oil in the paneer chilly was dripping from the brown bag sent with it. Fried rice had undercooked vegetables. This was once our favourite place now now longer is it good. Just see the oil in it! I was super hungry and paneer chilly is one of my favourite dish but this time upon seeing it I didn't even like to eat it..
Worst Experience Ever! I had a terrible experience at this place, not just once but twice. 1. Ambience & Service: The atmosphere was awful. Tables were dirty, and there was no one to assist with ordering. Even after ordering, I had to ask twice for a water bottle, which arrived after 15-20 minutes. 2. Food Quality: Manchow Soup: The worst I've ever had! It was just hot water with some leftover veggies. When I asked to make it spicy, they dumped a ridiculous amount of chilies. Dahi Puri: Just average, nothing great. Momos: The worst part of the meal! They were undercooked, lacked flavor, and when I asked for a spicier version, they dumped an insane amount of peri-peri masala, ruining the taste. Overall, this place has poor hygiene, bad service, and terrible food. Definitely not worth visiting!
Great food , we ordered chole bhature( it was okay), American corn salt and pepper( was okay), cold pani puri, cheese dabeli, baby corn chilly, chapati,strawberry icecream(ideal), onion chilli fried rice was extremely good and tasty. Mr Williams and Sai were great hosts. We enjoyed the food. Must visit !
Someone incharge doesn't have the professional etiquette's of how to talk to customers. Maybe the chef or owner told us how to eat a particular dish. It was the way he said that was not good
I waited 5 minutes; no one attended to me. They were busy on their phones, watching reels and enjoying themselves. No one noticed I was sitting in front of them. I don't know what use they are; they don't know how to provide service. I am very disappointed with the service and will advise anyone not to go to this restaurant. 10/1

The Vegan Dinner at The Food Factory was exceptional. The quality of the dishes was top-notch, offering a delightful blend of flavors and freshness. Despite being reasonably priced, the variety and taste exceeded expectations. Moreover, the reception and hospitality provided added to the overall enjoyment of the evening, making it a memorable dining experience. Keep up the Good Work. Absolutely! Had Paneer Manchurian & Hakka Noodles.. very tasty.. reasonable price.. worth to visit.
