Yesterday i had lunch with a family food quility was good but service girl very rude behaviour talking nonsense

The service provided by the hotel was unsatisfactory. Upon arrival, we were seated and provided with menus. The waiter informed us that there might be a delay of 15-20 minutes for our order, which we accepted. However, after 5 minutes, he returned to inform us that the wait time had increased to 1 hour and that only the thali was available due to a large party taking place. This resulted in a waste of 20 minutes of our time. It would have been more appropriate for the hotel to inform us of the delay in advance or to display a sign indicating the extended wait time. This would have allowed us to make an informed decision about whether to dine at the hotel or seek an alternative restaurant. The prioritization of the party's order over regular customers is unacceptable and does not align with standard customer service practices.

Good place for small celebrations. Food is okay.

We recently had a wonderful experience at the banquet hall of Hotel Maurya, where not only was the food truly delicious, but what stood out even more was the exceptional service that made the entire occasion truly memorable.

Great place for family dinner, service is top class, a really good and affordable place with good food.

I feel the staff should give some time until the order is given. I found that they are in hurry to serve , hurry to take orders which makes us to finish the food fast.

I could not find space in any restaurant on new year eve. Thus I went home disappointed and had some canned noodles and some pre-packed chole bhttuure and went to bed after watching some very boring programme on TV I thought I could catch up with the lost excitement of the new year celebrations on the night of Jan 1st. Thus I made my way towards Janata Cream Parlour opposite Gulbarga Land Authority office. But this place was filled up and I slowly made my way towards the railway station On reaching the old Borgoankar Hospital I saw a new hotel by name 'Hotel Maurya Restaurant & Banquet hall' there Attracted by the lighting of that place I slowly made my way into the restaurant and sat down for dinner. The interior was pretty well-done. It was a medium size place with 2 sections: a/c and non a/c Dividing the dining place as a/c and non a/c appealed to me hugely because a/c halls are usually packed from all sides and smells stale. So I usually prefer non a/c dining halls that have lots of fresh air Hotel Maurya was pleasantly decorated with pleasing furniture and mild flooring. The flooring wasn't too gaudy nor too glitzy. It was just tastefully chosen The head-waiter turned up really fast and took my order. I ordered two phulkas (light wheat pancake smeared in ghee and mustard) with palak paneer (spinach-cheese curry) gobi munchuri (cauliflower manchurian) with orange juice And oh! I ordered vegetable-corn soup The table wares were very clean and so was the table cloth and table mat! Hmm.. nice place I thought to myself I sat there for a long time listening to music when minutes rolled by! Where was my order? I asked the head waiter to hurry! My order came finally after 35 minutes! That was a pretty long long wait! Anyway the soup was just delicious! natural vegetables and natural ingredients!I had to wait for another 15 minutes for my main course! And when my order finally came it smelled sooo good! The phulka and the curry were just pure awesome!I slowly relished the most wonderful meal that I had tasted in some months! I then ordered vegetable biryani (flavored rice cooked in spices & vegetables) and dal fry (lentil gravy with spices) Ahhh.. the veg biryani was simply heaven! And the dal fry was just delicious! I slowly relished my meal to the last morsel! Now for some dessert! I ordered fruit salad with Icecream! Ahhh.. I got a huge bowl of freshly cut fruits with fresh Icecream! My visit to 'Hotel Maurya Restaurant & Banquet hall' was an awesome experience The only downside of this hotel is its snail like slow service But for that this place is truly great
